Sejour très agréable, un sans faute

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement concerné une semaine en juillet 2020. Si nous devions retourner dans le Var, nous reconduirions l'expérience. L'accueil par les propriétaires est d'exceptionnelle qualité. On se sent très vite à l'aise à l'arrivée. L'appartement, climatisé (1er bon point) dispose d'une terrasse qui permet de voir la mer (2ème bon point). L'appartement, très bien aménagé, se situe dans une résidence parfaitement située (proximité immédiate du port de Hyeres), très calme et avec piscine commune dans un petit parc arboré. Nous étions triste de le quitter en fin de séjour tant nous nous y sentions chez nous.

Je ne peux que féliciter Monsieur et Madame VARAY qui ont occupé mon appartement au mois d’août Dès leur arrivée l'accueil fut très chaleureux ;couple très courtois très délicat. Au moment de leur départ'j'ai pu constater que le ménage avait été fait .

Belle propriété dans un très beau cadre

Accueil très aimable de la part de la propriétaire, qui a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions le mieux possible. Très bel environnement (verdure, piscine, calme) à deux pas du port. Appartement très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités et encore plus. A recommander !

"Meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento arredato con molto buon gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario … e anche di più! Pulitissimo e curato in ogni più piccolo dettaglio l’appartamento gode di una vista mare dal terrazzo in cui si può anche mangiare. L’appartamento si trova in un residence di alto pregio dotato di parco, piscina e servizio di sorveglianza. A disposizione dell’appartamento un parcheggio privato all’interno del parco condominiale ed un garage nel sottosuolo. Nei pressi ristoranti, negozi, barche e traghetti per escursioni nelle isole dell’arcipelago. Diverse le spiagge nei pressi di cui la più vicina a 10 minuti di passeggiata a piedi. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare la zona bellissima. Calorosa l’accoglienza della sig.ra Marie France, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Indirizzo che consiglio a tutti e al quale farò riferimento per le mie prossime vacanze nella zona. Per gli italiani che non possono fare a meno di una tazzina di caffè, al mattino appena alzati, portarsi la moka… l’unica cosa che manca! In compenso c’e’ la macchina per il caffè americano! "

"Die sehr schön gelegene Wohnung ist äußerst geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem verfügt sie über eine Terasse mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. Durch die umfangreiche Ausstattung ist die Wohnung auch sehr gut zum Urlaub mit Babys oder Kleinkindern geeignet. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!"

"Nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement des « Pins d’argent » à Hyères. Superbe appartement, équipement absolument complet, résidence prestigieuse et hypersécurisée dans un très beau parc. Quiétude et environnement répondant à nos souhaits : près du port d’Hyères (restaurants et quelques commerces), très belle plage de sable (« la Bergerie ») à environ 4km, la ville d’Hyères-les-Palmiers avec notamment ses beaux anciens quartiers à qq. km, grande surface à environ 2km. Et sans oublier de dire que nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de Mme Nezeraud, la propriétaire, ainsi que d’excellents contacts. "

Nous étions en vacances et non dans un coffre fort! et nous ne savions pas que des cambriolages s''étaient produits aux alentours...Sinon, la Résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue, la propriétaire très sympathique et l''appartement très soigné et de très bon goût ."
