Un excellent séjour, location idéalement située, bien équipée et propre. Les procedures arrivee/depart sont simplifiees Seul bemol l'isolation : nous avions des voisins au dessus qui ont plombé nos nuits. Nous reviendrons c est certain

Maison bien située pour rayonner dans les alentours

L'espace de la maison est bien pour 4 personnes. Le coin terrasse est bien abrité du soleil. Mieux que sur la photo car l'abri a été changé par une pergola avec glycine. Par contre, la vaisselle était sale, le tiroir du bas du lave vaisselle ne roule plus, il manquait un bac à glaçon et un épluche légume. Nous les avons réclamés mais rien n'est arrivé. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Les vélos ne sont pas entretenus par contre bon point pour les canoes.Jan et sa fille sont très gentils, dommage que le suivi de la location laisse à désirer

Schöner Ort, sehr miserable Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr eklig -Der Vermieter ist für die Übergabe nicht erschienen und hat den Schlüssel hinterlegt. -Unsere Bettanzüge hingen bei unserer Ankunft noch nass am Gestell. - Muffiger Gestank bereits beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung. Leicht fischig. - Total klebrige Küche - Klebriger Tisch sowohl in der Wohnung als auch auf dem Sitzplatz - Verdreckte Spüle -Untere Schublade der Spülmaschine defekt. Fällt immer von der Führung -Die Räume waren alle sehr dreckig, weder Staub gesaugt geschweige denn feucht aufgewischt. Die Toilette stinkt nach Urin. Wir haben am ersten Tag Javel Wasser gekauft um die Toilette zu reinigen. Die Brille war an der Unterseite gelb. - Fahrräder hat es 7 Stk. ruinöse, lebensgefährliche hinter dem Schopf zwischen Laub und Katzendreck.. inkl. Pumpe und 30 Jahre altem Flickzeug. Ich habe Ferien und möchte nicht noch Fahrräder des Gastgebers reparieren. -Surfbrett und Segel ist zwar vorhanden (ebenfalls unter Laub und Katzendreck), aber der Mast ist nicht vorhanden. -Eines Nachts beim Toilettengang im Wohnzimmer das Licht eingeschalten, sehe ich ein grosses, schwarzes Ding ganz schnell unter das alte, schmierige Sofa krabbeln, eine Kakerlake (Cafard!)..!! Nun wusste ich woher der leicht süssliche, fischige Gestank herkam, der trotz stetem Lüften nicht verschwand. Wir sind 2 Tage früher wieder abgereist! Die bisherigen Bewertungen liessen nicht darauf schliessen ?!?

Heel mooie plaats, heel goed contact met een heel vriendelijk eigenaar. In het verblijf is alles voorzien wat nodig is. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

Bon séjour

Maison conforme à la description. Matelas confortables. Au niveau coin cuisine ce n'est pas top (nombre de couverts trop juste, verres tous blanchis par le calcaire, plan de travail en bois noirci à changer, tiroir du lave vaisselle qui ne coulisse plus). C'est dommage car ce n'est pas très agréable et on ne peut pas manger tout le temps au restaurant!

Appartement très bien dans l'ensemble Peut être quelques rafraîchissement à faire côté cuisine (plan de travail) Mais dans l'ensemble bon séjour. Pour l'été il ne manque que la climatisation. Notre hôte est discret mais réactif et très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée ou de depart. Merci

calme et relaxant

belle maison spacieuse située dans une impasse, donc très calme, avec une terrasse donnant sur un jardin agréable et relaxant; , 3min à pied de la mer, ou 10 min de la grande plage; séjour très agréable ;propriétaire accueillant et soucieux que tout se passe bien pour les vacanciers . bonne adresse.

La Madrague, un environnement privilégié

2 semaines qui sont passées bien trop vite dans la location de Jan très bien située sur la Presqu’île de Giens. Le RDC de cette maison est bien conçue et la terrasse ombragée permet de passer tous ses repas dehors avec une vue sur le jardin. Une sorte de petite plage à proximité d’une école de voile est accessible à pied, très tranquille et avec une vue splendide. Jan est serviable et la communication a toujours été très fluide. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter..

Super Ferien!

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familienferien (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) perfekt! Die Kinder konnten sich rund um das Haus frei bewegen. Die Surfschule ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zum Kitesurf-spot sind wir jeweils mit dem Auto gefahren. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, die Wohnung sauber. Es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen, wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Très pratique

Propriétaire très sympathique. Location très bien située, calme, propre, agréable. (c'est un groupement de 3 locations indépendantes en fait: une à l'étage, une au rdc, une dernière dans une petite maison accolée.) petit jardin agréable. Randonnée, kayak à proximité, centre de Giens facilement accessible à pied. On en sort cependant de la propriété de préférence en voiture car la rue est très passante et les trottoirs sont inexistants.

sejour conforme a nos attentes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement très propre et bien équipé. le jardin est très agréable. Le propriétaire est disponible. A noter que l'accès le plus proche à la mer à pied n'est pas une plage pour se faire bronzer, mais un accès pour mise l'eau kayak, paddle,... Les "vrais" plages sont plus loin mais avec les vélos mis à disposition en 5min c'est réglé.

Une maison fonctionnelle et agréable, propre et bien équipée, très bien située au calme, à proximité de plages, du village et de la Madrague... et autres lieux à visiter! Des équipements à disposition appréciables: kayak, paddle et vélos, jeux pour enfants. Et enfin, une hôtesse disponible et qui rend tout... très simple!! Bref, du bonheur!! Nous avons passé un séjour en famille super super agréable!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit angenehmer Terrasse und Garten. Sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Vermieterin. Empfehlenswerter Ausflug mit dem Kajak oder als Steh-Paddler zu den westlich vorgelagerten kleinen Inseln - toller Service. Meerzugang in unmittelbarer Nähe. Großer Sandstrand oder Bucht zwischen den Felsen in kurzer Entfernung erreichbar. Zu den Läden in den benachbarten Campingplätzen oder hinauf zum Dorfzentrum ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Wegen der angrenzenden Feuchtgebiete an Mückenschutz denken.

very nice stay

I agree with all the positive reviews posted by the others renters. Furthermore you might want to know that the property is made of 3 apartments (2 in the villa + 1 bungalow) sharing the same garden. This makes the property the perfect venue for large families or groups of friends wanting to stay togheter.

4 great weeks

We had 4 wonderfull weeks in Giens with our 10 year old son. The house is convenient and practical furnished with beds for 4 and an sleeping couch in the living room. Outside is a private seating area where we had all of our meals. The internet connection is high speed and reliable so working online is not a problem. The house is great for windsurfers as there is room in the garden to store sails and equipment, and its not too far to carry everything to the sea (150m). 500m down the road is also a windsurfing center which offers boards for rental and courses etc. We loved the trails on the south side of the island with stunning views and nice beaches and went running there almost daily. The shop in the camping down the road was also visited frequently to buy fresh pastries etc. Giens center is also close. When then wind was too weak/strong for surfing, we found that Giens is also a nice starting point for trips to Nice, Marseille, Gorge du Verdon, Aix, Porquerolles etc, and Hyere is surprisingly beautifull. The Zoo in Barben also surprised us with lots of great animals and very quiet in the summer time. The landlady is very friendly and helpfull.
