The kitchen and living room ceiling rack lights are on dimmer switches as well as the bathroom light fixtures. Maybe you missed seeing the dimmers switches to adjust the brightness? We would have been happy to help you in this regard if you gave us a call during your stay to ensure you had enough lighting.

We’re sorry to learn of these concerns after your stay, as none of these items were reported to our team nor 24 hour hotline phone number provided in our check in email while you were at the property, nor were photos or other documentation provided that would allow us to verify these items listed. Our HVAC system is professionally serviced and maintained on a quarterly schedule and had recently been serviced. Likewise, all linens and towels are professionally laundered between guests, and our team does dispose of labeled linens that are marked as stained when they are received from our laundry service company. Had either issue been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and address it immediately. Regarding the bedrooms, this property is a true loft, and its open-concept design—including bedroom walls that do not extend fully to the ceiling—is visible in our listing photos. We encourage guests for whom sound separation or fully enclosed bedrooms is important to carefully review the photos and property details before booking. We also provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for light sleepers. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and always appreciate the opportunity to resolve concerns in real time. Unfortunately, because these issues were not reported during the stay, we were not given that opportunity.
