You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- I will need a copy of your driver license of the person who will be paying for the rental on both payments.
- Plus a copy of both credits cards using for payment ONLY displaying the LAST 4 digits of the credit card.
- This is for my security that is the right person paying and renting the beach house. Plus a signed contract that needs to be email back to me.

We have been married for 29 years in January. We have 3 lovely kids Monique 29 Scott 26 & Sidney 22 we all love going to Rosarito and having fun. We bought this beach house cause when we first saw it we loved the view of the ocean and because the beach house is ocean front you could hear really nice the water. You will love it when you stay here!!

Great Location and Beautiful Ocean Front Home!!! Our Beach House 735 ROCA was SOLD This year 2019 I wanted to sell it because I want to concentrate in one beach house and give you my all. I reduce the price so that it could be in the middle of the price range of both beach house and be able to also rent ROCA & ISLA to both of our customers.
What makes this house unique
When you stay at the beach house you could see the dolphins swimming by and the view is unforgetable is an amazing view of the ocean and once you are their you don't want to leave. Go down the stairs to the beach and you could have a nice relaxing walk next to the water.
