Spacious Oceanfront home with private access to the beach in a gated community.

Oceanfront House available in a secured and gated community with private access to the beach which is just a walk down the stairs. This House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with WIFI for all your devices. My favorite spot in this house is the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Best morning coffee view ever.

The House has four king/queen beds to sleep 10 very comfortably but also has a couch and plenty of other space for parties of more than 10. (which might cause extra fee) I should also mention there is a master bedroom downstairs with a beautiful ocen view right from the bed and access to the terrace and wet bar.

Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this House very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.

The house is adjacent to a condo within the same property. The condo is wall to wall to the house and when its rented it shares the three terraces available. Which are described as follows: The first is an open area perfect for sunbathing, practicing Yoga or any other relaxing under the sun activities. This areas only shade is under the bar in the corner. The second area has a fire-pit, a BBQ and a table that provides the perfect atmosphere to have a dinner to remember forever. The third is down on the beach. This area has a table under a Palapa so you may relax with a cooler full of your favorite drinks just one step away from the beach.

Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's security gate.

As you can see, whether you need to get away to relax or maybe to get a little wild, this House is perfect for several couples, a group of friends or a large family that needs an escape.

Wonderful stay

The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. The only issue we had that was out of control of the host, was the property’s security did not not allow Uber or Lyft to pick us up in front of the home so we had to walk to the front of the grounds and back. This was a little over half a mile. Security said it was not allowed for short term rental properties. However, they offered us a number for a taxi service that they would allow to enter the grounds. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Amazing views on run down property, make the best of it.

Property was a bit run down, kitchen cabinets falling apart bedding and curtains old/dingy. Limited cleaning supplies for quick upkeep and poor garbage disposal system. Stair access to beach run down making safety issue. Ocean view amazing, bedrooms in front of house ok but back rooms lack air flow. Overall ok for 1-3 days but I would stay any longer than that.

This house was everything and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. It fit our group of 8 adults perfectly fine, very spacious and had all the necessities. The view was spectacular! Definitely coming back! Hosts were awesome and very helpful.

Simply Amazing!

Leticia is absolutely amazing! She made sure to meet us at the house and handover the key. She took her time and answer any questions that we may have had. I got lost on the way over, and she was there to guide me through. During our trip, my daughter became ill and she made sure when you where to find medical assistance. I highly recommend this home as it is very comfortable and it’s surroundings are definitely secure. We felt right at home and were able to spend quality time together. The home is very lovely and clean. Leticia goes above and beyond to Ensure your visit is 100% on point. My family and I agreed that we would come back out and stay at this home again! Everything is accessible and you don’t have to worry about going out. We are very grateful for the hospitality and kindness we received on this trip.

Amazing getaway vacation

This property was beautiful and the fact that it was on the beach made it even more amazing. The house was very spacious which was great for us to enjoy and not feel cramped in. Leticia was super friendly and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Amazing house would definitely recommend if you want to have a fun and relaxing getaway.

Good deal for the price

We had a group of 10 and this was a great place to house all of us. It's right on the ocean with beautiful views, nice deck for ocean watching and easy access to Tijuana or Rosarito. We were there over New Years and it turned out to be quite chilly, which I'm sure doesn't happen that often in Baja! One of the back rooms was very cold at night, but Leticia brought us a heater right away. Leticia was great at answering and helping with anything we needed. On New Years Eve, a breaker blew and they came right away to fix it. Then later the same night we had to call again to get the propane tank changed. Again, they were there right away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is not a lot of hot water in the showers, but as everyone says, "it's Mexico!" The development also has a nice little grocery store and a couple of great restaurants. All in all, it was a good value for a large group and Leticia and her family are wonderful.

Beautiful view and clean

It a good location. Security gate always great for peace of mind. House was clean but because it had been closed with no air coming through it has a unpleasant order the first day. I had to go buy scented candles. The first day there was no hot water I informed the order and she sent out a tech in the afternoon. The hot water in the master bedroom didn’t work during our stay and the water pressure was very low. If the other shower was being used it was even more so. The electric plug in master restroom didn’t work either so we all had to use one restroom to get ready. Besides that the location is good, the house was clean and the view beautiful.

A great stay!

We loved leticia’s beach house! It was clean and spacious and was right on the beach so did not disappoint! She was kind and responsive host and even offered to take us on errands if we needed. For future tenants, the house states it sleeps 10, but there are only 4 large beds. We realized this last minute and brought a couple air mattresses which worked great. Also, be advised that the house is pretty far down a rock road (about 10-15 minutes walk). If you grab a cab from the border like we did, be prepared for the walk. We loved the market and cafe at the entrance- the neighborhood was safe and had everything we needed for a great bday weekend! The security guards even called us a bus when we couldn't find a cab! Overall we loved it, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Great home for family

This is a great home, highly recommend if you want to be near the beach but away from Rosarito party. Great for family and Rosarito is a near drive. Food near by was good. Owner was very responsive. The actual unit was much nicer than the pictures. .

Amazing Beach House!!!!!

Our family had an amazing time staying at the the beach house for the Christmas weekend.
