5 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath, Fully Furnished house with internet and cable, located on Grays Bay. 2 mins from downtown Wayzata. Nice open floor plan recently remodeled. Enjoy the beauty and relaxed atmosphere of lake living but also be in a location that is 12 to 15 mins from downtown Minneapolis as well as the airport because of close proximity to highways 394 and 494. Flat back yard less than 100 ft walk to the dock. Great Fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, perfect for weekends on Grays Bays where there is no wake enforcement on the bay! Great for families with kids who like to swim: sand bar in the middle of the bay and lifeguard attended beach 2 mins away.
