Vacation rental in Torre Vado in Salento, Puglia - Italy

Very spacious apartment of 93 sqm 100 m far from the sea.
On the second floor, it is the highest house of the district for a breathtaking view. It is a 5 minutes walk from the harbor and from the town promenade. It’s equipped with all the amenities. Perfect for family/friends holidays.

The terrace above the whole apartment (then 93 sqm too) alone is worth the stay. The view of the sea 100 meters far and the colors of Salento do the rest. The house is located less than 10 minutes drive from the Maldives of Salento and all the wonderful local beaches (equipped and free beaches).

The apartment is structured as follows:
- Very large living room with color tv, digital cable box and Sky decoder to use with personal Smart Card
- Air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area
- Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, gas plate for barbecue
- A double bedroom
- A double/twin bedroom
- A room with two bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms with shower (one with washing machine)
- 3 terraces (one of 12 square meters around the entrance, one connected to the kitchen with an outdoor shower, and the third terrace of 93 sqm above the whole apartment).

The weekly rent is preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in: from 17:00 h
Check out: before 10.00 am
In case of availability, check-in and/or check-out can take place on a day different from Saturday.
Linen (sheets and towels) available on demand: 10€ per person
No pets allowed.

For unpleasant experiences, in the case of requests for the same period, the house will be given to the first book.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for 2 weeks and had such a lovely holiday. The property itself is situated perfectly, and has a lot of character. The terrace is quite epic and private, and the ambience of the house makes it feel like a second home. Everything was better than expected. Would recommend and we would love to return some day.

Appartamento ampio e panoramico

L'appartamento è molto ampio e confortevole, dotato di tutti i servizi. La terrazza sovrastante offre una vista magnifica anche se nelle giornate torride di agosto è sfruttabile solo la sera, nonostante la copertura della zona pranzo: per cene e dopocene è però uno spazio piacevolissimo che offre un gran valore aggiunto alla casa. Il proprietario è molto gentile, preciso e puntuale nelle comunicazioni, e il suo referente in loco, Sig. Michele, molto disponibile e efficiente. La spiaggia del paese non è niente di che ma in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono le spiagge più belle del Salento.

Terrazza sul Salento

La proprietà è molto carina e funzionale, la terrazza molto bella ma per via del vento non siamo riusciti a sfruttarla molto...rischiavano di rompere gli ombrelloni,sarebbe bello avere una struttura fissa per poter sfruttare al meglio lo spazio della terrazza . Alloggio ben attrezzato ,lavatrice e lavastoviglie performanti. Dalla casa si gode di un panorama fantastico . Il proprietario Giovanni e il sig. Michele ,gentilissimi e disponibili,pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema . Grazie di tutto !

Casa spaziosa ed accogliente. Posizione molto buona per visitare belle spiagge. Il proprietario Giovanni e la persona che si occupa della casa in loco, Michele, molto disponibili. Nel complesso, sistemazione molto valida.

Terrazza vista mare

Tutti dovrebbero avere una terrazza vista mare ! Meravigliosa, specialmente alla sera, per trascorrere piacevoli momenti con gli amici. Appartamento confortevole per 8 persone , a pochi passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Torre Vado (5 minuti ). Consiglio vivamente

Ottima casa!

La casa è molto spaziosa, noi eravamo una comitiva di ragazzi e siamo stati benissimo. È più adeguata a due nuclei familiari, ma noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. C'è una grande terrazza che offre paesaggi stupendi e la casa ha tutto quello che serve per una settimana di relax. Il complesso dove si trova la casa è estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso, soprattutto negli orari di riposo. Il mare è visibile da quasi ogni finestra della casa, e dà una grande atmosfera. La casa è molto ben collegata e anche senza usare la macchina si possono raggiungere mare, bar, alimentari, farmacia e tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno durante il soggiorno. I climatizzatori non sono direttamente nelle camere e non le prendono direttamente, se non la matrimoniale principale, questo non è comunque un problema perché la zona è ben ventilata e si sta benissimo con le finestre aperte. Il mare più vicino è scoglioso ma a pochi passi ci sono anche spiagge molto più comode. Per ultimo, ma non ultimo, un grande grazie a Giovanni, il proprietario, che è stato sempre molto attento e disponibile durante il soggiorno!

Vista mozzafiato sul mare salentino

L'abitazione si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Torre Vado dove trovare negozi, il porto e lungomare con lunapark, locali e spettacoli serali. Vicinissima la spiaggia di Pescoluse e poco più distanti tutte le altre località del Salento. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza e ci siamo trovati bene. Consigliata!

Da ritornarci

La casa è climatizzata e molto spaziosa, ci sono 3 camere da letto, un soggiorno molto ampio con angolo cottura, due bagni interni ( indispensabili per famiglie numerose ) + una doccia esterna, arredamento all'altezza della casa. Punto forte della casa è sicuramente l'ampia terrazza con vista mare da sfruttare per indimenticabili cene al tramonto, e la finestra della sala che offre un effetto quadro con vista mare. Sono disponibili libri per letture di vario genere ed una televisione ( se ne avrete il tempo ) e varie guide con consigli per visite e degustazioni. Leggermente defilata dalla piazza del porto è posizionata in un punto tranquillo, a pochissimi minuti da negozi di alimentari, bar ed un ristorante/pizzeria che effettua anche piatti da asporto. Giovanni, il proprietario, si è dimostrato una persona interessata, gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Unico piccolo neo, per modo di dire, potrebbero essere le due rampe di scale da fare per raggiungerla ma vi garantisco che ne vale la pena per il panorama che offre. La consiglio. Spero di ritornarci.
