Whole villa with 2 apartments and 180° sea view

Fancy seeing the sunrise from the sea on your very own terrace? This unique property is situated on a terraced olive grove surrounded by lush mediterranean plants and typical stone walls. The house can host 11 people spread over two fully equipped apartments which share a large terrace. Each apartment has their own kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. You always get the whole house no matter how many you are! It also is a wonderful option for a group of friends or two families.

The apartments come with satellite TV, wifi and a living area with a stone barbecue.

Big plus: there is an outside shower! A bath in the sea is only an 8min walk away.

The villa is very quiet as it is situated slightly off the main road and is accessible only on foot via a 80m path (with approx. 10 stairs).



Marina di Andrano has various swimming areas. The closest access to the sea from the villa is an 8min walk, and only 15 minutes on foot to the famous Grotta Verde (water cave). Another very beautiful place to swim is Acquaviva, only 3km away. The pretty and historic town of Castro is a 10min drive and you can reach the famous town of Otranto in half an hour.







Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €120, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,40 on 06/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
