The location is wonderful, Testaccio is a community full of great restaurants and close to all the sites with a jump on a bus. The bus stops are very close to the location. Roberto was so helpful and gave great recommendations, would recommend this spot.

This is an incredible intimate apartment in Rome! Roberto was an incredible host, he even picked us up from the train station to help us check in smoothly. He continued to share restaurant spots and check in on how our vacay was progressing! We look forward to visiting Rome again and will only stay at Roberto’s place! Highly recommend to all.

Location was amazing! Check in/out was super easy. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome that wants to be a little outside of the chaos but very close to bus and train access. I ended up being ill when I was staying so I spent most of the hottest hours of the day just relaxing in the apartment and it was very comfortable and I really enjoyed being in the space, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Nice apartment, great host

Apartment was clean and as described and like the photos. Nice neighborhood and check-in was super easy. Although we didn’t meet the host Roberto was very responsive and helpful, I can really recommend staying here.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this property. In an authentic Rome neighborhood, not too touristy but close to most sites. Bus connection to the centre of the city was great! Roberto and Loredana were very helpful with instructions to find the property etc as well as with helpful tips about restaurants and even dry cleaners when needed!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

The apartment is brilliantly located for Trastevere and exploring Rome. It was very comfortable and the air con was a godsend as it was 38 degrees some days! The host was lovely and communicated really well. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this apartment

Very nice experience in Roma

We spent a very nice week in Roma The appartment is located in a perfect area, not far from all the touristic sites but in a very typical and much quiter district. There is all you need very close (shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ...) and it's vivid but not noisy at night. Roberto was really very kind and helpfull with us. Thank you to both of you, Roberto and Loredana!

Fantastic location

The apartment is situated in a great location in a lovely suburb giving you a really local vibe. The public transport was nearby and made access to all sites so easy. The apartment was well equiped and secure. However the apartment appeared not to have be cleaned properly for quite some time eg: grime in shower, hair everywhere. Overall great apartment and location poor standard of cleanliness. We thank you Alessandro for a great stay.

Perfect Roman Holiday - Location + Food + Public Transportation

We had a great 3 night stay in Rome! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple and in a fantastic location in the Testaccio neighborhood. This neighborhood felt less touristy, while still being a close walk to the popular sites. We trained from FCO direct to Ostiense station and walked straight to the apartment (~15 minutes). Trastevere is a 10-15 minute walk and Historic Rome (Colosseum) was about 30 minutes. We used the bus station around the corner to easily get to city center. The food in the neighborhood was delicious and reasonably priced as well. The apartment itself was very clean and the AC worked really well (it was 90-100°F when in Rome). The hosts were VERY communicative and friendly throughout our stay. We would highly recommend!

Freundliche, helle und saubere Unterkunft mit modernem Bad in einem authentischen Wohnviertel, sodass alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen. Es gibt auch viele schöne Restaurants und Eisdielen. Auf dem belebten Platz um die Ecke kann man den Abend mit einem Eis oder einem Getränk entspannt ausklingen lassen. Sehr gute Anbindung durch Busse und Metro. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit, antworten schnell und geben tolle Tipps. Mille Grazie!!

I have stayed at this cozy appartement for three weeks and it felt like home. It's close to the city centre, bus stations are close. The appartement is in the middle of a very nice neighbourhood with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, little boutiques, a vibrant life at the piazza. Loredana and Roberto are very nice and I felt very welcome. Hope to come back soon.

Logement à recommander

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Il est très bien situé (proche des restaurants, bus, gare..) permettant un accès facile aux sites touristiques. Nous avons même profité de la plage Capocotta grâce au train régional. La climatisation dans la chambre était très appréciable. Roberto nous a prodigué de nombreux conseils et il était très réactif. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur arrangement quant à l'heure d' arrivée. Merci.
