Book it! We definitely recommend, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, host is welcoming and helpful. Provided a well stocked kitchen with water and beverages. Great location as well!

Just like so many of these reviews, our stay was great!! Excellent hosts that truly take care to ensure a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Carlo gave us a quick tour of a few block radius of places to eat, drink, and enjoy in the neighborhood as well as advice about how to get around the city. Testaccio itself is such a vibrant residential community with an amazing food scene, away from the more touristy, hustle and bustle neighborhoods in Roma. Highly recommend this place!

This apartment was beautifully appointed and in a terrific neighborhood. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and gave you a great feel for how Romans live. It is very convenient to the metro, trams and buses. Our host met us at check-in and explained everything about the apartment and made great suggestions about where to eat, how to get around town and sites to see. The piazza in the neighborhood had a great sense of community and even had line dancing each night. The Room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in Rome.

Top notch host and property! We arrived a bit early and the host, Carlos, allowed us to check in a little early. Carlos gave us the white glove treatment, showing us that neighborhood with excellent recommendations. Very easy to contact throughout our stay. Very hospitable and when back in Rome, will stay here again!

Located in authentic neighborhood but close enough to walk to the center of Rome. Bed comfortable has you need. Carlo is a fantastic post and is there if you need him. We ran into an issue with a lost phone and he was willing to help us find it and get it resolved. We would definitely stay again.

The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is vibrant with families gathering each evening. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close to metro and bus lines. Carlo was extremely helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Carlo met us at the front gate. He explained everything so clearly and demonstrated great joy that we had arrived safely. He walked us through the apartment and then showed us special places in the neighborhood. We followed all his advice and enjoyed our time in Rome immensely!.

Carlo and Alessandra were such amazing hosts, and the apartment was great as well! If you are ever looking for a place to stay in Rome, we highly recommend it. The apartment itself was very clean, stocked, and had great character. It was in a very safe area, with many amenities and transit stops within a short walking distance. The hosts were very responsive, and you could tell they cared about providing a good experience for their visitors. When we arrived, Carlo gave us a quick tour of the area, showing us places to eat and shop. Carlo always answered our questions and helped when needed. We also loved how close it was to many unique attractions like the keyhole viewpoint and an orange tree garden. Would 100% recommend!

Best vacation rental in Rome

Best host, location and amenities we’ve ever had. Host communication was excellent and they walked us around the neighborhood to show us local attractions. Great restaurants nearby with better food and prices than busier Rome locales. Felt like we were eating with locals. Easy walk or bus to all Rome has to offer. Host left welcome gifts and tourist information. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful location. Great neighbours.

We loved this space and the neighbourhood. Fantastic Roman Holiday with personal recommendations from Carlo for the best restaurants, the perfect breakfast and local sites. Would highly recommend. Apartment is situated so that walking is a great option. Thank you.
