Breathtaking water views from almost every room. Guests have the exclusive use of the full condo. The condo is a fully furnished 1 bedroom plus den, 1.5 bathrooms, with amazing views of Lake Ontario. We pride ourselves on many repeat customers.

Located across the street from Harbour Front Centre. Steps away from Ripley's Aquarium, Toronto Island Ferry, CN tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Billy Bishop Airport and Union Station (train to/from Pearson Airport). Toronto Eaton Centre mall and Dundas Square nearby. Also, just minutes away from some of the world's most highly ranked hospitals.

The space:

One bedroom with Queen bed. Den/office with Smart TV and chair that folds out to a single bed. Sofa couch in living room folds out to queen bed. Smart TV in living room. One full bathroom with shower/tub and one half bathroom with toilet and sink. Large in-suite washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Covered outdoor deck facing the water.

Building amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, gym, outdoor BBQ area etc.

Guest access:

Guests have the exclusive use of the entire condo during their stay. Guests also have the full use of the building amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, gym and outdoor BBQ area.

Cost:

We charge $150/CDN per night which includes a secure underground parking spot. There is a 25% discount for stays greater than 30 days.

Other:

Minimum booking - 30 days.

Great place to stay

Ideal location within walking distance to Union Station and most of the tourist sites that downtown Toronto has to offer. Amenities were a nice addition to the stay, including gym, swimming pool etc.

Staying here for nearly 2 months, this property checked all the boxes! The check-in was easy, the kitchen/bathroom facilities were great, and the public transit was just out the front door. The harbour front made daily walks relaxing and exciting with a wealth of entertainment, sights, food markets, and exhibits. Thanks Matthew and Toronto!

Great location and perfect for longer stays

We recently stayed at Matthew's property on the Waterfront in Toronto. Location is excellent and very easy to get around to see everything Toronto has to offer. Lovely views of the Lake and planes coming into Billy Bishop airport. The apartment is perfectly setup for a long stay with everything you can need amenities wise. Matthew was a very responsive host.

Amazing!

Matthew's place was everything you could want for a stay in Toronto! The building is safe with wonderful concierge and the location is easy walking distance to transport, groceries, and entertainment. The apartment is fully stocked, very clean, spacious, and has a wonderful view of the harbour, islands, and airport. We have absolutely no complaints and will be staying again for our next trip!

Wonderful Stay with a lake view!

We stayed at this lovely condo for 5 weeks while we had some renovations done at our home. The location was ideal; right across the street from Queens Quay Terminal. There are lots of restaurants and 3 grocery stores close by. Matthew was a great host and he resolved a couple of very minor issues quickly!

Great stay, very well equipped condo

Perfect location, on the Harbourfront less than 10mn from union station. Farm boys on the other side of Queen's Quay is available for all groceries needs. Host is very attentive and answering within a few hours every time.

Great hosts, great location, nice space!

The apartment is is a very nice location, with a good view of the lake and the CN Tower. There are grocery stores, cafes, restaurants in easy walking distance. The main living space is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. The Balcony is nice. The building staff were friendly. The only drawback is that the bedroom is right next to the TV area with a sliding door so if your sleep schedules are not aligned (my partner stays up late and I get up early) it can be difficult. The hosts were wonderful - really responsive, very, friendly, proactive in communication. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Ideal place to stay, short term or long term

I rented Matthew’s condo for my parents visiting Canada. They had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this place! It exceeded all our expectations in every way. The photos don't do it justice – it's even better in person. The place was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed with a great lake view. The neighborhood was fantastic, with excellent accessibility to amenities. What made it even more special was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The building was very peaceful and quiet, with great amenities. The hassle-free check-in and check-out process made us feel right at home. We'll definitely book it again if the need arises. This rental deserves a solid 5-star rating without a doubt! Thank you very much Matthew!

Great condo, outstanding location and Harbourfront views.

My wife and I had a wonderful month's stay in this Toronto "home from home" and really couldn't fault it. The condo is fully equipped for home catering and is also within easy walking distance of a wide variety of quality restaurants and grocery stores. The location of this condo is probably its biggest selling point, given its proximity to local attractions such as CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium and the stunning Lake Ontario. We are also keen soccer fans, so found the short streetcar journey to watch Toronto FC at BMO Field a real bonus. All in all, this is certainly the best condo we've rented in Toronto and we very much look forward to returning in the near future.

Great condo in great location

I stayed in Matthew and Winnie's condo for 5 nights in late August 2019 on a business trip. Communication was great before and during the trip, and check-in was well coordinated and easy. The condo was nicely appointed, clean to perfection, and with everything in great working order. It was about a 10 minute walk from Union Station and also a 10 minute walk to the SE entrance of the Metro Convention Centre. (Great restaurants on King Street, about a 20 minute walk.) Thanks so much for everything--I couldn't have asked for a better home base for both work and enjoying Toronto!

Great Condo!!

We had an excellent stay in this condo. The location is wonderful. Very center and easy to get to lots of places via walking or public transportation. The garage parking space was such a huge bonus because street parking is no fun and costs a LOT. There is a small airport in your view which is SO lovely. You can hear the planes but it's not at all loud or annoying. The balcony is perfect to sit and relax and watch the busyness of the city. They were unfortunately doing renovations on the whole condo building, which included laying a new floor in the hallways right outside the room, which was a little disruptive. But the new work looks beautiful! And we got an excellent rate, so all-in-all our stay was fantastic. Oh, and the bed is SO COMFORTABLE! Just a few FYI's to future renters: The parking garage is extremely confusing! Be warned! If you are an avid cooker, bring your own supplies! If you eat clean, bring your own oils. Very easy to find good produce and meats, but quality oils were no where to be found in the city. There is an iron but no ironing board! Thanks for renting to us!

Perfect for small group staying in the Harbourfront/Financial/Entertainment Districts

My family of three really loved staying here for our first visit to Toronto. The property is well kept and comfortable for a small group. The layout is a bit tight in the bedroom and if you use the pullout sofa, but those are minor issues when you think of the main benefits of the location. Well stocked essentials of sheets and towels as well as a clothes washer/dryer are in the condo. There was laundry soap and dish soap and other cleaning supplies already there. There was even plenty of kitchenware if you want to cook and eat in. There was coffee and tea and basic spices and condiments in the fridge and cabinets. There was even plenty of soap, shampoos, body wash and other items like hair dryer, straightener, etc. Almost all we needed as our toothbrushes. You get a very nice view of the harbour as you are literally across the street from the Harbourfront Centre. Getting around is very easy - the Ferry Terminal to the harbour islands is across the street along with water taxis. There are bike sharing stations steps away and a streetcar stop as well. The Toronto Siteseeing hop On/Off busses pick up down the block at the Radisson (they call it stop 17). You also can get their harbour tour around the corner at the pier. Union Station and subway line 1 are 12-15 minute walk away and can get you anywhere you need to go. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. You are just 2-3 blocks from CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre, Maple Leaf Square/Scotiabank Arena. Plenty of restaurant choices within a few block radius. There are three Tim Horten's and two Starbucks nearby if you need a fix. Also an Urban Fresh market is across the street. The booking process was easy and Matthew sent a welcome guide as well as reminders often before we arrived. Though I never needed too, I always felt he was available should I need anything. Strong recommendation for this property and look forward to returning some day!

The owner was very responsive the whole time, especially during our stay. We LOVED the place. It is very conveniently located just a block from the harbor, right in the middle of everything, and with a streetcar stop right out front! The place was immaculate. Very clean and generously furnished/stocked. Our trip to Toronto was wonderful, and this lodging was a large part of that. Thanks so much!
