Spectacular Views: Main house sleeps 10, additional lodging for 8 more with fees

A truly beautiful property! The headline rental rate above is for the 5 bedroom 4 bathroom main residence which sleeps 10 and sits at the top of our 10 acre property with spectacular views of the vineyard, oak trees, and the rolling hills of Templeton and Paso Robles.

The property was completely remodeled in 2014. The first floor of the main residence consists of two bedrooms which sleep up to four people each, a bathroom, the living room, television sitting area, dining room, and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances including an large ice maker and wine cooler. French doors open to the patio with an outdoor dining space and views of the vineyard. Upstairs consists of the family room and big screen television, bar, dining area, a bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer room, and the master suite. The master suite and family room have french doors leading the the upstairs deck which offers amazing views of our property and the rolling hills and oaks of Templeton in the distance.

Our backyard features a unheated pool, fire pit, covered dining area, covered bar and restroom. We also have a bedroom suite off the pool patio with a king bed, bathroom, and mini kitchenette.

With the main house and pool suite we can sleep up to 10 people. Our 'Book It' button rates are for up to 10 people.

Additional lodging on the property is available for up to 8 more guests and is located approximately 100 feet from the main house. This additional lodging can be added at any time after the main house has been booked. Whether or not you rent the additional lodging, rest assured that you will be the only guests on the property during your stay. Please inquire about the additional cost. We will update your 'Book It' quote depending on the number of additional guests over 10.

Wow, we had an amazing time at this beautiful house for our 10th annual girls trip to Paso Robles! The pool and hot tub were such a blast! We absolutely loved the huge countertops, and the big table was perfect for all of us when our personal chef came to whip up our delicious meal. We’re definitely planning on renting this place again!

Amazing location for larger groups

This location is great in providing a lot of comfortable space for larger groups to explore the Paso area. We came with a group of 15 and never felt too crowded. The property manager is responsive and helpful — definitely helped with making it a smooth stay!

Wonderful family vacation home. We have enjoyed this property for several summers now. Grandkids like the independence of being in the separate apartments. Love that you can add the apartments to your rental for only the days you need them. Leigh Ann and Joe are very responsive too.

Wonderful location, fit our staff and board comfortably, had the necessary resources to display our work presentation, and provided plenty of space for us to break out in group discussions. The property was so enjoyable, everyone had so much good things to say about the comfort of the beds, the pillows, and the sheets. We had a very busy weekend with a mix of work and play. This home is a work of art and perfect for large families. The property is so peaceful and the views are STUNNING! We were a big family with 2 toddlers and a baby. The setup with the add on units is perfect to give everyone a little bit of privacy. Our kids loved the visits from the horses just over the fence on the surrounding land. Owner is very friendly and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this place. We would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay for our group

The house was perfect for our group of 15 friends. Everyone had plenty of space and the house is so nice - it felt like a nice home vs a rental property. The outdoor space is incredible with the pool, fire pit, hot tub, and grill. We used the extra apartment on the property and it was a short walk from the house. Everyone was so impressed with the house - would love to come back and stay again!

We were all impressed with the beautiful house and surrounding vineyard! The view makes you feel like you are in Tuscany. The house is set up for large groups and accommodated our group comfortably. We had a wonderful time staying here. The main house was gorgeous. Much better than the pictures. The barn was awesome and beautifully decorated. The property accommodated our entire bridal party easily. There were plenty of spaces inside and outside to enjoy and hang out. I would highly recommend this property.

A serene spot just minutes away from everything you want.

The home and grounds are beautiful and you really never want to leave but whe you do need to go food shopping or the pharmacy they are minutes away. Every one in our group loved that you could feel all alone while on the property but go to the beach or a winery or a gorgeous hike with a short drive. My kids asked me if I had rebooked before we even finished our first week!

Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the property

Property was well-maintained, very clean, and breathtaking. We had an issue with the dishwasher and the host was able to come over right away to fix it, which we greatly appreciated. Only complaint is that the glass doors to the kitchen are very difficult to lock. 10/10 experience, would recommend to any large group.

Three generations of the Wilson Family have come together to create a beautiful property in the Central Coast wine country for your relaxing family vacation, business retreat, or special event.

Why they chose this property

We discoverd the beautful Central Coast region in the 1980s when family friends built a vineyard in the Paso Robles area. Since then we have been coming to the Paso Robles area yearly for wine festivals dreaming of one day having our own vineyard. In 2012 a family friend who has been in the area for over 30 years as vineyard manager and winemaker informed us that a 10 acre property in Templeton was on the market. Here was the opportunity to realize our family dream. Over the last two years we have worked diligently to revive the vineyard and renovate the buildings. Now we'd like to share our dream vineyard with you.

What makes this property unique

An ideal setting for a wedding in our central garden overlooking the vineyard. We also offer a 1550 square foot barn for receptions and/ or rehearsal dinners and other milestone events.
