Family house in the listed village of Kervalet in Batz sur mer (44), a village of salt workers in the heart of the salt marshes. A house full of authenticity, where you feel good even if the old house still retains a little of its rusticity, but the charm operates. You have to love the stones and the old villages, keep a capacity for wonder for quiet walks in the serenity of the salt marsh, a natural preserved area, enhanced by salt workers for centuries. Away from the whirlwind of the seaside resort, you can fully enjoy the charm of the Guérande peninsula: its beaches, its salt marshes, its ports, its museums and make getaways to Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen, La Baule or Guérande...
