Are you dreaming of a calm place near the sea to spend a few days enjoying the sea air? Then come and enjoy our 75m2 apartment on the first floor of our family home near the sea and in the middle of a park, at the Pointe de Suzac, 7km away from Royan in the region of Charente Maritime. The apartment offers the following: - 1 very large living room with two sofa beds, 1 large balcony for your outdoor meals - 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining area - 1 parents bedroom - 1 'children's bedroom (3 beds). The apartment sleeps up to 9 people (7 is the recommended number) and offers many storage spaces. The apartment is very bright and luminous. Nearby: Pony-Club 100m away, tennis courts, a golf course, sand yacht, sailing or optimist dinghies available at the Saint Georges or Royan Boat Club, kite-surfing, la Palmyre zoo, many bicycle paths, a tree-climbing park, the markets of St Georges, Royan and Meschers, various festivals: Franco Folies, Violons sur le Sable in July, etc.
