Located in the district of Basse California in Cannes, Villa Schneider is ideally situated close to the beach and the famous Croisette (5 minutes walk), and the Rue d'Antibes (10 min walk). The area is quiet and safe, and has all the local shops within 50m (bakery, small supermarket, newsagent, bank ...) and external free parking outside the residence.

Fantastic apartment in a small apartment block, very quiet at night and cool with the Aircon. Great pool plus only a 7 min walk to a beautiful beach. 25 min walk into the old town of cannes. Perfect for a family of 4.

Everything was perfectly taken care of—clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the garden is lovely. The supermarket is just around the corner, and the welcome was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

Lovely Quiet Apartment

We have had 2 lovely weeks and have created some special memories. Within walking distance are grocery shops, pharmacy, patisserie and bus stop into Cannes centre. We all slept very well thanks to the quiet location and comfortable beds. The A/C worked well and was a welcome relief! The pool was quiet (despite it being peak season) and the other residents were friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thank you.

Gute Lagen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Kinderzimmer ohne Fenster, Schlafsofa als Sofa top zum schlafen unmöglich total quietschend und unbequem. Sonst alles toll, super ausgestattete Küche. Sehr schöne Wohnung und guter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte gar nichts. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer ohne Fenster), Wohnzimmer, Küche und eine Terrasse mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem Tisch mit 8 Stühlen. Garten ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt zwei Liegen und einen Zugang zum Pool, den wir nicht genutzt haben. Wir sind lieber zum wunderschönen Sandstrand (ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg) gegangen. Wir hatten in Oktober 27 Grad Celsius gehabt und konnten im Meer schwimmen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation per WathsApp funktionierte hervorragend. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und informativ. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Strand und Zentrum Nähe. Terrasse, Garten, Zugang zum Pool . Klimaanlage und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sind ein Segen. Superbe séjour dans un bel appartement très fonctionnel et bien décoré, jardin privatif, grande terrasse, piscine privée à 20 mètres, parking souterrain, plage publique de la Croisette à 15 minutes à pied, climatisation bien agréable, le tout dans une résidence calme. Carole notre hôte est trés à l'écoute et l'accueil de Véronique à notre arrivée était rapide, professionnel avec le sourire en plus. Tout est fait pour le bien-être des vacanciers. Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem gemütlichen Garten. Man hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Strand und die Einkaufszone sind gut zufuß erreichbar. Удобные апартаменты - 2 спальни (правда одна без окон), гостиная, замечательный свой сад, в комплексе и буквально в 10 метрах бассейн. Имейте ввиду, что до пляжей 15 минут пешком.
