Great Value at Silverado - Two Beds Two Baths - Pool and Spa Availability

This quiet, comfortable and casually decorated two bedroom (one king and one queen plus sofa bed) and two bathroom town home is located in a gated community within the grounds of the Silverado Country Club area of the Napa Valley on the 7th Fairway.

The back deck seems expansive as it looks out over the famous North Course. Sit here and enjoy a morning coffee before you head out to experience all the Napa Valley has to offer. When you return from your day of site-seeing, the deck then provides an ideal place to drink a glass of wine and savor some of the goodies you have purchased from local gourmet shops and wineries. Or if you return early, take a dip in the community pool.

The town home has all the amenities you will need to your stay comfortable. The kitchen and both bathrooms have recently been beautifully upgraded. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy meals inside, or use the grill and eat your meal on the back deck.

You are centrally located off of Silverado Trail (locals way to get around Napa) to visit the town of Napa to the south (10 minutes) and to the north the entire length of the Napa Valley including the towns of Yountville and St. Helena (10-20 minutes) with its famous restaurants and trendy shops. A multitude of world class wineries and restaurants are within a few miles of the town home.

The rental includes linens, towels, basic kitchen supplies, a sofa bed in the living room and WiFi. Pool privileges and coins to use the community washer and dryer are also included in the rental fees.

We are not part of the Silverado Country Club and as such do not have golf privileges. However we find that if you saying you are staying at the Fairways condos you may be able to book. You may of course use the spa facilities and restaurants as they are open to the public.

Although we "luv" our pets, they are not allowed at this rental due to Fairway Renter rules.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Owner and Property Manager were great communicators, understanding and worked to accomodate me and my family. We stayed for 22days.The condo was excellently appointed for such a stay for our family of four, location was great (on 5th fairway), my kids loved it (7year old cried, he did not want to leave!)Highly recommend.

Exceeded Expectation!

We were in Napa to experience Wine Country and we were very pleased with the accommodations that this unit had to offer. Very clean with comfortable amenities, private bathrooms in two equally sized master bedrooms. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit for it's value: central location, price, and overall comfort.

Perfect Place for a get away

Not knowing where to stay in Napa we took a chance and found this place with Sandy through VRBO. It is clean and comfortable. We could not of found a better spot. A perfect spot in wine country

Loved this cottage, it was the perfect landing place to explore wine country. We were there for work but I would love to come back and fully take it all in for wine tasting and to enjoy the pool. Beds were comfy and having 2 bathrooms was a luxury! THank you!

Perfect Location and Accomodations

Great location on the Silverado Trail. This property is excellent for 2 couples providing privacy and common space. The condominium is updated and has a beautiful patio view of the 5th hole on the North course. The condo is fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home. Perfection!

The location was great, the property was beautiful and the layout was just what we needed. The two master-suites worked perfectly for two couples. Not only was the place spotless, it was beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed and more! All the pertinent information/instructions were given to us in advance and the process was very easy. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet beautiful place to stay while visiting wine country. We especially enjoyed lunch on the Napa Valley Wine Train, the tour/tasting at Del Dotto Winery and relaxing on the back patio!

Great spot!

Very nicely appointed and highly I recommend this condo based at the Silverado Golf Club. We enjoyed our time there and would stay there again. Views were great from the back porch. Location has easy access to the Silverado Trail. Very nicely appointed and clean. The TV was definitely NOT a priority but HD would have been nice.

Great Napa Getaway

My wife and I brought herr mother to Napa for her Birthday, This property was perfect for our Napa Getaway. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed this property is conveniently located off Silverado Trail to make it easy to get arround the Valley. Great kitchen adn beautiful golf course view.and two bed two bath layout provides the right level of privacy. Master bath is excellent with a great shower, Master bed is very comfortable with a great view as well. BBQ grill on the patio, and a nice table and chair set up. We would definately stay here again.

Great stay in the Napa Valley

This condo at the Fairways (part of the Silverado residences that are adjacent to the resort) was fantastic. Perfect for 2 couples and clearly recently remodeled, we had all the amenities of home, with very neat, updated bedrooms (2 master suites with really comfortable beds), a modern fully-stocked kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and a beautiful setting in the Napa countryside. Highly recommended, and Sandy Atwood was more than responsive (we had a "senior moment" reading the Wifi password code in the renter's handbook and she immediately provided us with a legible copy via a text photo that made all the difference!). We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Sandy!

Exceptional condo !

This condo was completely immaculate and updated , granite kitchen counters , beautiful tile floor, the kitchen was well appointed with utensils and dishes , updated beautiful bathrooms as well . The beds were extremely comfortable and adequate storage space for clothing as well as plenty of closet space in the bathrooms . Plenty of bath towels , even beach towels for pool if needed . The family room furniture and dining room was well selected to Napa Style and patio was nice to relax on at the end of the day . I would definitely rent this place again and recommend to friends . Awesome place !!
