We invite you to explore a completely renovated ranch and make it your “home away from home” as you enjoy your stay on Jekyll Island. Centrally located on a quiet residential street, our house is only a short drive or bike ride to the many attractions available including the Jekyll Historic District, the Fishing Pier, Driftwood Beach, playgrounds, beaches and the golf courses. Take a short stroll to the walking path to view beautiful sunsets overlooking the iconic marsh.
The house features a large cathedral ceiling great room and dining area with bar area and a large fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with a portable indoor grill. There are three bedrooms including a spacious primary with a king bed and walk-in closet, 1 queen with double closets and 2 twin beds with double closets. Each bedroom as is equipped with charging stations for phones. If your family includes little ones, one of the twin beds has a convertible bed rail attached. Also available is an infant Pac and Play which can be used as a crib and a small play pen. There are 2 and ½ baths (1 full bath with tiled walk-in shower and 1 full bath with shower/tub combo). It also features a family game room equipped with an 8-player card table (playing cards and poker chips included), a kid sized 4 seat table and chairs and stocked with a variety of age appropriate games and puzzles, as well as a full screen tv and dvd player. There is a small study with a queen sofa sleeper, tv and dvd player, as well as 2 bookcases stocked with a wide variety of reading materials. This room opens into the back yard, which has outdoor seating for 6, a small grassy play area and a 3-hole putting green. Just outside of the kitchen is a small paved area with a gas grill. There is also a laundry available with a full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. There is no parking in the garage, however, the double-wide driveway will easily accommodate 4 cars.
House guests also have a pool pass that will give you access to the pools at the Days Inn (2 full size pools (one heated) and a children’s pool. The rental agency also will provide a cleaning service before and after the rental.
