Très bon séjour

Appartement vue sur mer très appréciée, conforme à la description du propriétaire, il nous a juste manqué une cafetière et qq plats pour cuisiner à 6 c’etait Un peu juste.... on reviendra avec plaisir !! Le prioritaire est très accueillant

Sra. Fanny, lo referente a los platos, en el mueble del salón, en la parte de abajo había más platos, y la cafetera debería de estar. Si lo hubiese comentado al conserje o a mi mismo se hubiese solucionado al momento. Le agradezco su comentario, para ir mejorando la estancia de los inquilinos. Me alegro que han pasado unas felices vacaciones en esta zona tan maravillosa de Coma-ruga. Un saludo

Séjour très agréable

Aucune déception concernant l'appartement qui est fidèle à sa description . Fonctionnel et tout est impeccable. Il est bien situé , par contre prévoir une voiture pour faire ses courses dans un supermarché car les plus proches sont situés entré 2 et 3 km. A 5 min à pied il y a quand même un petit commerce de dépannage . Le gardien de l'immeuble est très serviable pour toute information concernant les environs. Le propriétaire que nous avons rencontré est charmant et répond à toute question. La plage n'est jamais très surpeuplée et pour les jeunes enfants c'est idéal .Bref nous conseillons cette location pour une famille , c'est parfait .

Estancia ideal

- Lo más : piso situado idealmente en primeríma línea de mar, o sea que hay una vista espléndida desde la sala de estar ¡ inmejorable ! Es igualito tal como lo muestràn las fotos y es muy funcional (bien equipado, aceso a Internet de calidad etc.). El edificio està muy limpio, bien entretenido y muy tranquilo (almenos fuera de temporada), y dispone de 3 ascensores. El dueño es un señor muy simpático, atento y siempre dispuesto para prestar servicios. - Los menos : las escasas plazas para aparcar (en temporada alta) ; las habitaciones disponen de poca luz, aunque la de los niños es muy segura, ya que la ventana da a un "pasillo" entre la puerta de entrada principal y la "secundaria" y no a la calle (quinta planta) ; el piso no dispone de aire acondicionado, aunque no consta fuera de temporada (estancia los primeros días de junio del 2017). De verdad, no solo recomiendo esta propiedad, pero volveremos con mucho gusto el año que viene.
