Modern apartment on the seafront, all exterior, with wonderful views of the sea, the Costa Daurada, the vineyards and the Penedès mountains.

The apartment is completely renovated and has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The dining room also has a large and comfortable sofa bed. SMART TV 43 "HD. Wifi. Air conditioning. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Nespresso coffee maker. All necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a spacious shower with tempered glass screen.

Enjoy the huge and quiet beach, which you can access directly from the farm.

The apartment is located in an area very well connected but very quiet and with good parking. A few meters from the apartment there are several supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bus and train.

We had an excellent vacation in this very nice apartment. The view of the sea from the terrace and the mountains is spectacular. The apartment is fully equipped, beds are excellent and there is even air-conditioning that is useful during the really hot days. David and his wife were perfect hosts and really understand how to make their guests feel well. Top place!

Mega auber und ordentlich hinterlassen als wir ankamen, super nette Eigentümer an denen man sich immer bei Problemen wenden kann, das Appartment beinhaltet alles was man braucht von Besteck bis zu andere wichtige Utensilien und vieles mehr. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen tollen Unterhalt und alles war sauber. Nur zum Empfehlen.

El alojamiento fue perfecto, David y su mujer nos dieron la bienvenida y nos explicaron todo, incluso tuvieron un detalle con nosotros y con nuestro peque. El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas para una buena estancia. Incluso extras…como 2 sillas de playa, 1 sombrilla, 1 pala para los chiquillos.Te dejan detergente, suavizante, gel de ducha, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, unas cápsulas de café, azúcar…La zona es muy tranquila.Lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Erholsamer Urlaub mit Top Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub braucht. Angefangen bei der Küchenausstattung, über Waschmaschine bis hin zum Strandequipment. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Nur wenige Schritte entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Bars und Restaurants. David hat unsere späte Anreise gut organisiert und stand immer mit Tipps über whatsapp zur Verfügung. Die Parkplatzsituation im August war manchmal schwierig - gerade mit einem Großeinkauf mussten schon einige Meter gelaufen werden. Im September hat sie sich aber merklich entspannt. Die Wohnungsgröße war für uns als Ehepaar und unseren erwachsenen Sohn ausreichend. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen.

Zeer goed appartement

Ontzettend goed appartement. alles was aanwezig, alles was superschoon. Er stond een fles koud water koud in de koelkast en er stonden snoepjes klaar. Het appartement kwam niets te kort. het was 3 minuten lopen van het strand en op de boulevard was elke avond markt. echt een aanrader. Het enige minpunt was het parkeren van de auto omdat het ontzettend druk was.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, Strand fussläufig zu erreichen. Schirm und Strandstühle waren vorhanden das haben wir sehr genossen und uns riesig darüber gefreut. Die Wohnung ist sauber uns ordentlich ein sehr netter Empfang mit Süßigkeiten einer Flasche Wasser und allem was man braucht wie Handtücher; Seife; Toilettenpapier. J'ai réservé cet appartement parce que les photos faisaient envie et les commentaires étaient excellents. Mais je me méfiais. Pourtant tout est vrai. Le propriétaire, David, est vraiment aux petits soins, à nous demander des nouvelles, nous conseiller des endroits à visiter, l'appartement est situé à deux pas de la mer, la vue traversante est sublime, dans un quartier très vivant, avec des commerces, des restos (je vous conseille La Cuina De Marja). On est à 1h de Barcelone, 25 minutes de la magnifique Sitges. Les lieux sont irréprochables, c'est propre, bien agencé, il y a deux grandes chambres, une belle salle d'eau avec douche assez confortable, une belle cuisine et même une machine à laver. Dans un placard vous trouverez de quoi vous amuser sur la plage avec ballon, raquettes de plage, parasol, sièges. Un seul bémol, on est au neuvième étage, attention si vous avez le vertige. Mais réservez les yeux fermés, ça vaut le coup

Lovely Beach Property

Hem estat molt bé!!!!! La atención de David, el propietario, ha sido excelente durante toda la estancia. Apartamento súper equipado

El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una semana en la playa y poderte cocinar en casa. Tiene el espacio suficiente para hacer vida dos adultos con un bebé (así viajamos nosotros) y una terraza con vistas al mar pequeñita pero suficiente para poder disfrutar de las vistas. Además, el anfitrión ha sido muy atento desde el principio y se agradece. ¡Lo recomendamos!

Ha cumplido todas las expectativas. Tiene todo lo que buscábamos, playa cerca, restaurantes, diversión para el peque y a la vez tranquilo. Además en plena ola de calor es un apartamento muy fresco, no hemos necesitado el aire acondicionado. Y como no David y Marta siempre atentos por si necesitabamos algo. Muchas gracias! Experiencia muy positiva.

El alojamiento ha sobrepasado nuestras expectativas. Lugar perfecto para ir a la playa. Muy cerca de la playa, con restaurantes y tiendas a pocos metros. El apartamento muy limpio, todo nuevo y con todo lo necesario. En cuanto a David, ha estado pendiente en todo momento de nosotras. Un trato inmejorable. Todo esas atenciones ha hecho que nuestra estancia haya sido muy agradable. Recomendable al cien por cien.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von unserern Vermietern begrüßt und fühlten uns gleich Willkommen. Die Wohnung bietet eine grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer und von der Rückseite auf die Berge. Alles war so, wie in der Anzeige. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab sogar zwei Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm fürs Strand. Wir haben ganze Zeit Kontakt zu den Vermietern gehabt und haben sehr gute Tipps bekommen.
