EFFICIENCY/ROOM with garage, kitchen bar and a separate entrance from the garage
The room/efficiency with corner kitchenette is on the first floor of the three story townhome building and is with separate entrance from the garage, owner lives on the upper two floors, occasionally using the same garage. Place is equipped with a compact kitchen/bar, small refrigerator (large one with ice is in the garage), microwave, toaster, small oven, coffee machine. No hot plate or oven! Has a full bathroom and and walk in closet. The front balcony with sittings is facing a pond. WiFi. Use of the gym and pool of the subdivision. Around are couple of sport fields, trail, parks, downtown Winter Springs Village is on a walking distance with large chain grocery store, small restaurants etc. The subdivision is 45min. drive from Orlando International Airport and 15 min. drive from Sanford International Airport. Close proximity to UCF, Oviedo, Lake Mary etc.
