Une très belle maison dans les hauteurs de Sanary à deux pas du domaine de Terres Brunes. Une maison authentique, familiale très joliment décorée avec une magnifique piscine et terrasse pour deux familles avec adolescents. Nous avons loué des vélos et des trottinettes pour aller en bord de mer à 15 minutes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils.

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig, toller Pool

Das Haus liegt in einer Domaine, abseits des Touristen-Troubles und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick in das davor liegende Tal. Es bietet ausreichend Platz und Entfaltungsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, dem Gast einen exzellenten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lieu splendide

Très belle bâtisse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Piscine très grande. Soirées inoubliables sur une magnifique terrasse ombragée d’un pin gigantesque avec vue sur une vallée de vignes et d’oliveraies. Benedicte et Tanneguy sont extrêmement sympathiques et flexibles.

Rustic farmhouse with all the amenities

Bénédicte and her family welcomed us warmly to their family home on our first evening even though we arrived late. It’s a bit tough to find at first, especially at night and do not trust Google maps to get you there. Suggest reaching out for directions from the (lovely and highly recommended) neighboring Domaine de Terrebrune vineyard and restaurant. The property itself is a restored farmhouse dating from nearly 200 years ago and retains that character throughout. The pool and grounds are great with palm and cypress trees, lavender, a lemon tree and bountiful grape vines overhanging the porch. There are many different living and dining room areas all very tastefully decorated plus a grill and piano for entertaining. Additionally, the property offers many practical amenities like a washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms, dishwasher and internet - all serviceable. I’m not giving five stars because of the location and to emphasize the rustic nature of the property including the bugs in the summer (despite keeping the windows and doors closed the mosquitoes found their way to everyone in bed at night). The property is beautiful but is situated directly above some near-industrial sized greenhouses, which detracts from an otherwise spectacular view. Lastly, and this again is captured in “rustic”, the location felt a bit more isolated to get to some of the more compelling parts of the Côte d’Azur, namely nice beaches. I’ve spent a few weeks on multiple trips to the south of France and I’d say this location felt like the most work driving around.
