Amazing Ocean Views - Steps to Beach

Our luxurious one bedroom, one bath, non-smoking condo has amazing ocean views, and breathtaking sunsets from the beach. We are located at Sugar Beach Resort, which is steps away from the white sandy beach, and incredible ocean access.

As you relax on the private lanai, watch the Kihei Canoe Club glide by, experience the amazing humpback whales enjoying the warm seasonal waters.

Our upgraded condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Some of the features include central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, a 55” Flat Screen Smart TV with DVD player, and provide free Wi-Fi.

The modern gourmet equipped kitchen, features granite counter tops, shaker style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, stylish kitchen island with seating for two. For more intimate dining, we feature a beautiful dining area with glass top table.

This unit sleeps 2, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit also includes a front load washer and dryer for your convenience.

The complex consists of two six-story buildings, each with two elevators, covered free parking, an activity center, sandwich shop and bar. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, gas barbeque grills, without a resort fee!

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located, just minutes away from many of Maui’s world-famous beaches, renowned golf courses, Maalaea Harbor, and Maui Ocean Aquarium.

Everything was smooth and easy. The condo was very thoughtfully stocked with anything we could possibly need or want for a beach vacation ie little coolers, beach towels, beach chairs. I loved that there were plenty of regular towels and kitchen hand towels and dish cloths also. The shower is amazing!!

Great little condo exactly as pictured. Host is very accommodating and responsive to requests and information. Newer appliances, good a/c (which we didn’t need), beautiful views from the lanai and very quiet and peaceful unit made for a great vacation.

This was a very nice unit. Sugar Beach is a very good place to stay and this was a good unit in that complex. It was nice to have the sunshine first thing in the morning as we had breakfast on the lanai watching the whales in the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions or concerns almost immediately.We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful holiday stay with a very thoughtful host! I highly recommend this property, it is in a beautiful location with many amenities including ocean/beach access. The plumeria trees right near the balcony are one of my favorite memories.

We loved staying here! Direct access to the beach was amazing and we loved how quiet the complex and beach were. It was super convenient having AC, beach towels, chairs, and snorkel gear and the host was able to give us a little later check out time.

Everything was simply amazing and so perfect! The condo was beautiful with an amazing view and was a great location for an HQ for all of our adventures. The sandwich shop downstairs was very convenient - and a super cute dive bar to boot! I could not have been more pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th anniversary. From all of the reviews I was expecting a clean rental. Also, many people have stated that the AC works great. However, when we arrived, it was 76 in the unit. The furniture was so dirty that we had to cover it with clean linens to feel comfortable sitting on it. We could never get the temperature below 73, and that was in the room where the air conditioner is. In the bedroom it was very warm. If you use the dryer, there is a process for closing the bathroom door and turning on the bathroom air vent. This is because they have routed the vent from the dryer into the shower. Is that up to code? Then apparently it pulls that heat from the room to the outside. But it was very hot and the heat leaked out of the room making the bedroom extremely warm. There were a couple of fans, but one didn’t work properly. Ceiling fans needed to be on the whole time. You can’t argue with the price. It was extremely reasonable. However, I would rather pay a little bit more knowing that I’m sitting on clean furniture. We were there during the recent hurricane and had to stay a couple extra days because our flight was canceled. We immediately lost power, which apparently North Kihei has this issue often. So no AC. I contacted the owner to inform her that we didn’t have power. The only response was that there is a lantern in the closet and we needed to pay the additional amount to her account. We left and stayed with a relative on Maui instead.

Great Beach & Pool!

Condo location at north end of Kihei was perfect with the longest beach in Maui to walk-on everyday! Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures with great views from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our Honeymoon!

We had an amazing experience here! Everything was so clean, so close to the beach and the pool was great! If you stay here, stop by the Sandwich shop right below! Overall, the hosts were amazing, check in was so easy, and it was close to all the good things! You won’t regret booking with Lisa and Dwight!
