About this property

Flat with loggia in a charming 18th century family estate, quiet, with independant entrance.

Within an XVIIIth century family estate, with wide park planted with olive and orange trees, and 20 species of palm trees. Queen Victoria visited the estate when she staid in Hyères in the spring of 1982. Big loggia with pleasant view on the park. Private garden (picture 2). Meals possible in the loggia and in the garden. Storage room in the ground floor (for food, bikes, etc.). Guests are welcome in the 2 acre upper part of the park as well as to the tennis court. The Almanarre beach, popular with windsurfers and kytesurfers, can be reached by a 15 minutes walk. Easy shopping at a 10 minute drive.
