CHECK OUT OUR BEAUTIFUL, BRIGHT, NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO AND GROUNDS!!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay from the open-air balcony of our 11th floor condo in building A at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Our non-smoking unit has been newly remodeled, brightly decorated, is very clean and comfortable and has that 'home away from home' feel. This is a one bedroom-studio condo with a room divider available to separate the bedroom from the living room for privacy. The master bedroom includes a new king size bed with full dresser, two nightstands with bedside lamps and a 19-inch flat screen tv. The living room offers tile floor, a queen size sleeper sofa with Serta memory foam mattress, rocker recliner, large 55" flat screen tv with DVD player and a nice selection of adult and children DVD's, books, games and cards. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and includes table and chairs. The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in tile shower, tile floors, cabinet with quartz countertop and two huge closets. Wi-Fi is provided for you free of charge in our unit as well.

All linens are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, coolers, beach bag, etc., to enjoy your day at the beach. Just pack your clothes and you are all set! Be sure to watch for dolphins as they are very popular in our area!

Located on the southern quiet end of Fort Myers Beach, the condo property offers a geothermal heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, gas grills, lobby areas with tables, chairs, restrooms and laundry facilities.
A protected bird estuary with mangrove trees is located near the beach.

Santini Plaza is located directly across the street. Currently there is a Surf Style beach store, liquor store, hardware, several apparel stores, UPS store, Italian restaurant, ice cream and coffee. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the farmers market is there with so many wonderful vendors. The guacamole and fritters are amazing! There is a CVS and 7-11 that are within walking distance to us. The island trolley will pick you up right across the street at Santini plaza and provides transportation to nearby Lover's Key State Park and throughout the island. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only a short distance to Naples and Marco Island to the south and Sanibel and Captiva to the north.

We offer weekly and monthly rentals. Monthly rentals (28+ nights) are at a discounted rate. January - March is Saturday to Saturday rental only.

Great Time!!!

It was a pleasure to rent Monica's place. The condo had everything that we needed and was very comfortable along with being spotless. Wonderful location with i think one of the best beaches in the vicinity. Great pool to relax around when you've had enough of the sand!! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Location! Great Condo!

This condo is wonderful for a couple and with everything you need for your stay. The location on Ft Meyers Beach is perfect as it is more on the quiet side of the strip but with easy shuttle access to get to the square with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our breakfast outside while looking out over the area and watching the tennis matches below. Our weather was gorgeous while there and we enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. It is also nice to rent bikes and ride around the area.

Great location and property

We love the location of this property, across the street from Santini Marina Plaza. The photos of the unit are accurate. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have more than one set of keys available (besides the ones in the lockbox).

Vacation Paradise

We had such an amazing time here. I always dread packing for vacations because there never seems to be enough room for all my beach stuff. Wonderful stay!

Took a girls trip to visit Ft. Myers and enjoyed this lovely condo. Condo was clean and has everything you will need including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The pool is very nice. You have a partial view of the ocean from the balcony but you can also see what's going on, on the bat side also. The is a small grassy area between the condo and the ocean with lots of palm trees . It has a Hawaiian feel to it. The beach area was not busy and the water was gorgeous. Monica was very easy to work with and we hope to stay in her condo again very soon!

Great views from this excellent 11 th floor apartment. Comfortable bed. Beach was full of shells, saw dolphins most days. Recommend using the trolley to time square for a sunset. Music on Fri. and Sat. Check out the Tikibar. Restaurants are fantastic. Doc Fords Yucatan Shrimp. Across the street Sky's signiture Mexican dish. Happy hour at Pinches just down the road on the beach. If you get a rainy day the movie theater is cool.

The entire facilities, grounds, buildings, pool, parking were emaculate. The only thing i was disappointed with was the beach access. What appeared to be 2 access poonts were completely overgrown & did not allow access. There was another somewhat worn pathway thru the grass that did allow access. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

A lovely apartment with a fantastic view in a great beach location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The Estero Beach and Tennis Club was well run and organised, having everything we required. The pool is next to the apartment block and the wonderful beach is a few minutes walk across the garden. There are handy shops and excellent restaurants across the road, and we enjoyed live music at the weekend on the beach at aTiki Bar just one block away. The trolley bus stops outside the complex and we used that to visit the north end of the beach which was fun. We also hired bikes which we rode up and down the beach, spotting lots of wildlife along the way. It was an idyllic break. Thanks to the owners for a lovely stay and very easy communication.

Lovely condo, well equipped

We enjoyed our one week stay at Monica and Joe's condo. We made use of their beach chairs, rafts, umbrellas, and coolers as well as some spare toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, including enough coffee for our week - much appreciated. Unfortunately there was a balcony renovation project going on, so the pool was closed and there was construction noise between 8 and 5. Monica graciously warned us about the project. Luckily we were still able to enjoy our balcony. We would certainly rent here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We stayed at this apartment from September 18-28, however unfortunately Hurricane Ian hit at the end of our vacation. Monica, the host, was in such good contact with us and not only checking in on the situation but let us stay past our reservation until it was safe for us to leave the island. Any questions or concerns I had Monica was there to help, and we are so thankful to her for letting us stay while the hurricane was happening. The condo itself was beautiful, and perfect for two people! Beach equipment was provided which was a huge help, we didn’t need to worry about chairs, towels, umbrellas, or anything! The location too is wonderful. There was a lovely pool and it was right by the beach. it is heartbreaking to see what has happened to the Fort Myers Beach area. When we can return, this is where we will be coming back too. If you’re looking (when you can go back to this area) for the perfect condo location, this is the place to go! The building and condo itself is perfect. I can’t wait until we’re able to return.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable

We loved the pretty beach decor and the upscale finishes in this spotless and comfortable condo. The unit has stylish furniture including a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage for clothes. A full kitchen was well equipped and we fixed breakfast and could have easily prepared bigger meals. The pretty bathroom had a large shower and great lighting! The birds eye view from the 11th floor balcony was a sweet spot to have a drink or eat lunch. Big windows made the unit light and bright. The white sand beach is a quick elevator ride and a 2 minute walk. Everything you could want for a day at he beach from coolers, chairs and beach toys has been provided. The owner was great at communicating with us and very honest about the amount of construction in the area, and the services (shopping, restaurants), in the process of reopening. Although there is still a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian, visible on FMB, it didn't hinder our enjoyment of the week we stayed here! Overall an exceptional, very clean unit with a friendly and responsive owner.

Get yourself a new cleaning lady!!! Absolutely filthy!!! Pubic hair all over bathroom floor amd toilet.Carpets are disgusting, bath tub is gross, someone spilled something all over the side of the bed and it has not been cleaned and now has dust growing over it. Check out the filthy dirt all around the king bed. Heard from another owner that you can have your condo sprayed for bugs for free. You should use this service since I see you have ant traps in kitchen and I can tell you they are not working. Buy your guest some new towels that are not stained and with holes. Your king sheet set has holes and an actual patch on the top sheet- come on!! The pillows have yellow stains on them-maybe consider getting some new ones? Upon making pull out bed the sheets were tattered and full of sand from previous guest. The TV in the bedroom not working. The sink in bathroom drains slow and the plug does not work. Tub is also slow. Multiple areas on walls that need patching. There was no sense in reaching out to owner as she is fully aware of all this since she stated that she has been down to her unit in the last month. I can not believe she has such high scores? I am certain many of these people are friends and family or someone that has an absolutely no clue on how a property should be kept. This is your business, why not treat it with good care? Good luck to anyone who rents here.

I will start by saying I am saddened and shocked at your review. I wish when you contacted me during your stay asking if there was an extra pool key fob that would have expressed any concerns you had. Any housekeeping and/or maintenance issues would have been addressed immediately. We have people on site that will take care of this. I contacted housekeeping and they are going to be more thorough going forward. The carpet is scheduled to be replaced this summer. We DO NOT have ants or any bugs for that matter! We are aware we can have our condo sprayed and will do so if/when the need arises. Yes, there are ant traps in the kitchen. Housekeeping places them in all condos as a precautionary measure. My husband and I arrived here on Saturday and I have gone through every towel and bed linen. We have 8 bathroom towels and none of them have a stain or hole. We have 7 beach towels and one had two small stains and a hole. I threw that out. We had 4 sets of king sheets and yes, one had a small tear that housekeeping repaired with a material patch. I told them you were unhappy with this and they have been thrown out. We have 3 other sets that are new/like new condition. We have 8 pillows and yes, a couple had yellow spots. They have been replaced. Guests are asked to remove all linens from the beds at the end of their stay. I’m sorry housekeeping did not pull out the couch and double check that. I have asked them to do that going forward. When we arrived Saturday we saw that the bedroom tv cable cord was broken. We replaced it and the tv is working fine now. Again, maintenance would have been glad to take care of this for you. It only took a few minutes. I wasn’t aware of water draining slowly or the plug not working but again, that is something that could have been taken care of for you. We have a complete bathroom remodel scheduled to begin this Wednesday. New quartz countertops, walk-in tile shower, tile flower, all new cabinets, paint, fixtures, and so on. In the 7 years that we have owned this condo we have never had a bad review. All 37 reviews before yours have been wonderful and much appreciated! We pride ourselves in making sure our guests have a great stay. None of the reviews are from family and friends as you implied. In the future, I suggest if you have any issues with your rentals you reach out to the owner ASAP so that they have an opportunity to address issues and make it right. We would have been more than happy to.
