This condo was perfect for two adults on a ski trip. It's located within easy driving of all the major resorts. The kitchen and living area were very nice and supplied well for cooking. The property manager was very responsive when we had a minor issue. The clubhouse and hot were a highlight. I would book this place again.
This was a very nice condo. Updated, great view, great location, great price. The only thing needing an upgrade is the mattresses. Both the guest bedroom and primary bedroom have mattresses that sag in the middle from use. Other than that, it was a perfect place.
The location was perfect the room itself was great. The whole community was so nice the owners were great to us kind the trail nearby was clean and had many sites with. One thing I missed was animal sitings. Would absolutely love to come back and visit again your on my list
Beautifully updated, fully equipped kitchen. The whole condo has been redone; renovated bathrooms, new floors, paint, and electric. Open kitchen area/family room; nice gas fireplace. Beautiful views of mountains! Plenty of good quality towels. Bedroom furniture and decor ok... could be updated to match the brightness of the rest of the condo. Bighorn Rentals (management company) were great! Very quick to respond to questions and even came out within an hour to fix a loose faucet. Highly recommend this condo and Bighorn to anyone.
The condo is nicely updated with a very spacious kitchen. Very quite end unit with beautiful views from the deck and a short walk into downtown Frisco. We would stay there again next time we are in the mountains.
Unit was clean, and equiped with the necessities that are sometimes absent. Things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap. There were a couple of minor issues, such as a bedroom door that wouldn't close far enough to latch. But when mentioned during checkout, they assured me these items would be taken care of for the next renters.
Overall, the neighbors were quiet, except for a couple of hours from 8 to 10 on Saturday evening. Not an issue, unless you're one that goes to sleep at 9pm on a Saturday night!
At least when we were there, the air was much cleaner than the air in Denver!

Poorly maintained
When we arrived at the property the door lock did not work. After calling the office for help, they informed me that it was common for locks to need to be jiggled in order to work. After about 20 minutes of jiggling in the below zero temps I did get the door opened and was unable to use the lock for the rest of the week. The unit was fairly clean overall. Many things were in poor repair, window blinds that would fall if you tried to open them, lamps which had shades that were hanging off loosely and the shower door that the handle was broken. The beds were perhaps the worst, with very worn mattresses and pillows that were completely flat, In addition, the walls were so thin that we could hear all the very intimate details of the couple in the unit next door, as they exercised their very squeaky bed, which sounded to be as worn out as the one in our unit. We loved Frisco and the Skiing was fantastic, but for what we paid to stay there we expected far more from the Mountainside facility.

Very clean and met my expectations!
I stayed for 3 days. Very close to copper mountain where we snowboarded. Super close to and convenient to supermarket and stores. Picked up our rental gear in town which saved a few bucks and was very quick and easy. Place was clean and clubhouse was nearby to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Only complaint is no kindling for fireplace.

Great location and quiet area.
We had a great stay here for 12 days middle of August. It had plenty of space for our family of four. The view off the back deck is spectacular! Close proximity to the bike path, too. Walking distance to town which was great for breakfast a few mornings. The condo's amenities are quite dated and missing a few items if you're planning on doing a lot of cooking, but it's a nice space. No overhead lighting so it's a little dark during the day, and at night it's pitch black so bring lots of nite-lites! The bedroom is located at the front of the condo and the hallways and stairs outdoors can be very loud, especially with bikers leaving for an early morning ride. If you're a super light sleeper this may not be the place for you. We love Frisco!

Good Value for price
Great location and price right. Unit could use some updates, wifi didn't work, and the dining area could really use some more light. But I would say unit was priced accordingly so value was there. Clubhouse is great- hottubs pool, sauna, steam room. One of the hottubs was broken though and the clubhouse services a lot of people so Saturday night was impossible to get in hottubs. Other nights were great.
