If you are looking for luxury living in the most desirable location in Toronto, this is the place to stay. Located in Yorkville across the street from the new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. This trendy, upscale condo is a 657 square foot 1 bedroom unit with king size bed and 4piece ensuite bathroom, separate den and powder room that boasts fabulous unobstructed south views from the 12th floor. The unit offers WiFi, TV, Hardwood Floors, Balcony, Stainless Steel Appliances, Bosch Dishwasher, Granite Countertops, top of the line Washer and Dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, Separate Den with Custom Built-Ins and French Doors. The living and dining area are wonderfully furnished with leather and glass. The building offers a newly renovated and expanded gym facility completed in January 2015 and 24hr concierge.

Yorkville is Toronto’s most celebrated neighbourhoods of style and culture full of designer boutiques, restaurants and cafes, 5-star hotels and world class galleries. With its upscale shopping, restaurants, and the first five star hotel in Canada it is the area where people want to stay when they are looking for luxury in the city. The condo is surrounded by Outdoor Cafes and 5-Star restaurants, and is central to getting to theatres, Eaton Centre, concerts, festivals and TIFF theatres. The condo is situated in Yorkville which is one of Canada’s most exclusive shopping areas. If you are looking for Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Burberry, MaxMara Escada, Tiffany & Co., and Cartier - they are 5 minutes away on Bloor Street.

The condo is also one block to the high end gourmet store Pusateris Market where you can buy gourmet foods ready to serve or enjoy French pastries and coffee in their restaurant, 5 minutes to Eataly on Bloor & a 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, or take out from a variety of restaurants within 2 blocks including Portici Pizzeria in the building just to the east of the main entrance. Buca restaurant is just across the street in the bottom of the Four Seasons Residences.

In terms of getting around in the city, the major subway station in the city is the Bloor and Yonge Street station (the major north/south and east/west subway/metro lines) which is located a 5 minute walk away. The condo is also conveniently located 2 miles (or less than 3.5K) away from the Entertainment District that is a quick taxi ride or metro/subway trip away.

Perfect in every way!

Fantastic stay in this Yorkville gem!

My husband and I vacationed here during a record cold spell, and were delighted to be right in the middle of the Yorkville area as we barely had to step out into the cold before arriving somewhere fun. The apartment is gorgeous, impeccably organised, and easy to feel comfortable in - in fact we liked it so much we added an extra week to our stay. Paula (the owner), was responsive and great to interact with, as were the building's concierge(s). We will definitely stay here again (and again!)

This apartment is in a very convenient central Toronto location. The amenities inside the space are exceptional. The food provided in the kitchen made breakfast in the apartment every morning possible without any additional shopping on my part. It was far and beyond morning coffee. The access to the parking garage is much appreciated and a very important feature of this place. I highly recommend this place dfor a short or long term stay in Toronto. I know I will use it again.

Fantastic Toronto Apartment

We had a ten night stay in a great city area in Toronto. The owner, Paula, exteremely welcoming and efficient from booking to departure. Paula had left welcome supplies in the fridge for our arrival and was there to meet us. The apartment was well furnished, docorated, clean, and had all essentials. The apartment block was secure and well cared for. The location in central Yorkville was a real benefit with great shops, bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommended.

A Top Three Out of More Than Thirty Rentals

Super clean and quiet. Well furnished. Safe, clean, secure building. 24/7 live concierge and security. A parking space included… unheard of in Toronto. Owner is responsive. She emailed me at 1:04 AM. The neighborhood is ideal with lots of restaurants, shops, easy access to public transport. The street is still perfectly quiet.

Amazing Place & Owner

I wish I could leave a 20 star review because this place deserves just that. I stayed here for about 10 weeks and all I can say is WOW!! The condo is located in the best spot and everything is truly walking distance. Paula, is on another level of amazing. Her condo speaks for itself and is the only place i’ve stayed at that looks just like the photos. Paula also is the best host. Her attentiveness to detail alongside her communication is unparalleled! From check-in to check-out everything was perfect! I cannot recommend her or this condo enough! I look forward to being back soon!

Sensational Stay

The unit is tastefully furnished with modern decor, and impeccably clean throughout. It is bright and has a lovely city view. It may be small, but does not feel cramped, considering all the amenities which come with the place. Paula is a terrific host. She met us as arranged, and showed us everything in the apartment, and the building. More important, the unit was completely stocked with everything one could possibly need, Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, glasses. Paula even called ahead to ask which food she could stock in the refrigerator, which she did. Paula was available by phone and E mail the entire time. I have already referred Toronto friends to have their out of town guests stay here. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Toronto.

A fantastic apartment

This is an attractive, comfortable, well-equipped apartment. In addition to the terrific location in Yorkville, the building has a gym, and the apartment comes with a parking spot. (If you don't know Toronto, parking is very tough). The king-size bed is very comfortable, two good reading lamps on either side of the bed, one and a half nice bathrooms. Towels and sheets were excellent quality. The storage space is excellent (including the master bathroom), and the apartment has everything and more-- extra towels and pillows shopping bags, very well equipped kitchen, soaps, shampoos etc etc. Paula is a most attentive host, who gave us detailed instructions on how to navigate everything. Additionally, we were delighted to have a welcome package of coffee and breakfast food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a lovely, super comfortable apartment. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment or more responsive host.

Perfection in Toronto found here

Of the hundred or more VRBO-HomeAway apartment rentals we have experienced over the past 25 years of travel in various parts of the world, this was probably the very best, all factors considered. The host, Paula, was undeniably the best in every way, from promptness, refinement, information given, courtesy and quality of property offered, she provided it all. We love the apartment, which is just perfect for a couple. The location and convenience just could not be better. Great shopping, cultural attractions, live entertainment of every sort and a myriad of wonderful dining venues are all easily at hand. We enjoyed several walking tours of the city as well as a performance by the Toronto Symphony and an excellent production of a play that would have cost 5 times the cost if seen in NYC. We were here for a week in mid-October and can't wait for our next visit to this wonderful city and apartment home. Thank you Paula.

Perfect central location

Everything you need to set up housekeeping is provided in this delightful bright small space. The organization, from key coordination to cooking utensils, is there for you. The unit is sparkling clean and the decor is lovely. Within two blocks, one has access to the best of Toronto. Great food shops and restaurants as well as world class shopping. Paula is extremely easy to deal with and responds very quickly to any inquiries.

Excellent place and great host!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Paula is the nicest person you could ever meet. She was extremely helpful and flexible. We had a late arrival and she was very accommodating. The apartment is in a great location with plenty of shopping, coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. There is easy access to the subway and we found it to be a nice leisurely walk to downtown(Courthouse). We also found it easy to get an Uber to get us around town. We did take a Niagara falls tour, but it required a hotel pickup, so with the four seasons being next door it was a convenient location for pick up for the tour bus. The apartment has everything we needed. There are plenty of towels and storage. It was amazing. Lots of hooks, drawers and hangers, we loved it. Having the half bath made it very easy to get ready in the morning, especially if you are in a hurry. Just a great place with a wonderful host. We really hope to stay here again.

Fantastic place and wonderful hospitality

This is a wonderful apartment. I will try to stay here again. Paula is the nicest person you could want to meet and really made us feel at home. The place is in a great location with plenty of coffee shops , restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. We found it was an easy walk to downtown (courthouse) and even easier walk to the subway. The apartment has plenty of storage space and hooks to hang things. I was so amazed by the storage options. There were also plenty of towels and linens, which you don't get in a lot of places. These were also comfy, soft, and fluffy towels; not some bulk buy towels. This place is excellent. I almost hate to write such a great review, so others don't know about, but it is truly comfortable, and an awesome place to stay.

Fantastic.5 stars.

I definitely recommend this property. It is a great location in Yorkville which is one of the nicest parts of Toronto. Upscale shops, fantastic cafes. The apartment is bright and actually feels bigger than it is, but still cozy. It’s fully equipped and there is not another building right in front of it so you do get a view. We stayed 7 nights and I give it 5 stars. Robert

I would give it 6 stars if I could!

I can't say enough positive things about this fantastic condo. Everything—ranging from the owner (Paula), to the condo itself, to the amenities of the building, and the neighborhood—is perfect! I called this condo "home" for 4 months, and my stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. Owner: Paula was fantastic. Since I was planning for a longer stay, I had contacted her about seeing the condo ahead of time, just to make sure the pictures accurately depict the condo. And yes, the space is as welcoming and well-appointed as it looks in the pictures. Paula was extremely responsive to emails, and she met us at the condo to show us around. She continued to be an extremely friendly and accommodating host throughout my stay. The Condo: As I said, I stayed here for 4 months, and there was not a single thing that the place didn't have. The kitchen is well stocked and has pretty much everything you'd need. In fact, I made an American Thanksgiving meal for two in the kitchen, and we had everything we needed. The rest of the condo is equally well-equipped and well-appointed: plenty of storage, top-of-the-line washer/dryer, flat screen TV, high speed internet, and a comfortable bed. The condo is on the 12th floor, so you also have a nice view from the balcony; although small it's perfect for sitting out for a cup of coffee in the morning. And you also get a ton of natural light. Building's amenities: there is a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage. The building also has a gym—nice equipment (2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, free weights, and a multi-purpose weight machine). It may sound small (which it is) but the space is nicely laid out, and I have never had to wait for a machine. You're in a very safe neighborhood, but it is still nice to have a security guard on duty. Neighborhood: This is in the Yorkville area, steps away from either the Bay or Yonge TTC stops. Not that regular people like me shop at these stores, but you have all the high-end shopping right there: LV, Hermes, Louboutin boutique, Cartier, etc. A 10-minute walk to the Royal Ontario Museum, the Gardiner Museum, and the edge of the University of Toronto St. George campus. Tons of great restaurants, representing a wide range of cuisines and prices. There are also 2 comprehensive grocery stores (Bloor Street Market & Longo's), a gourmet food store (Pusateri's), and a Whole Foods within an easy walk. It is extremely convenient to everything. It's the perfect condo!

Wonderful location, well-appointed condo and fantastic owner.

We truly enjoyed our first experience with VRBO. The condo was even better than we expected. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions are within walking distance. The owner, Paula, was terrific to deal with and extremely well organized. The condo was spotless and was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed during our 2-week stay.

Fully equipped high-rise condo in excellent Toronto neighborhood

We stayed in this condo for almost two weeks in December, 2015. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and office were very thoughtfully furnished, and we had a number of meals at "home". The living area, bedroom, and bathrooms were also in perfect condition. The personnel staffing the desk were cheerful, courteous, and helpful. Ann, the property manager who oriented us to the condo on arrival, was personable, efficient, and informative. The neighborhood was a fascinating slice of downtown Toronto and had everything that we needed, including shopping, cinema, restaurants, and subway access. We do not currently have plans to return to Toronto, but if we did we would certainly consider staying in this condo again! Thank you, Paula, Lynn, and Ann!

Excellent, high quality rental in great area

We spent just over two weeks in the apartment, and were very pleased by the facilities, the location, and the welcome from Paula. She left us a baguette and cheese for our late arrival, and coffee, muffins, juice, yogurt, etc. for breakfast, which were greatly appreciated. The apartment is in extremely good condition and furnished with everything we needed during our stay – lots of fluffy white towels, extra bed linen, dishwasher and laundry detergents, paper towels, even shampoo and conditioner. As a former manager of vacation properties in France, I appreciate the high level of attention paid to this rental – which we have seldom found in other rentals. We didn’t manage to take advantage of many of the boutiques and restaurants in the area, but did use the subway close by, and the parking for a few nights. Both appreciated. The VRBO payment and refund process was rapid and efficient. Highly recommended
