It was simply amazing. The house is sooooo great with a beautiful terrace, huge pool and on top a fantastic pool house. We had everything we needed and Beatrice&Serge were always helpful and supportive. Will definately come back.

Pool and terrace area was really enjoyable in beautiful secluded setting. The layout and facilities of the property were not ideal for accommodating ten guests. We feel 'air conditioning' should be removed from property details as this is misleading.

Exceptionnelle Villa familiale à Biarritz

Très belle propriété proche de la gare de Biarritz, des commerces (Docks de Biarritz, Centres commerciaux) et des navettes amenant en ville ou à la plage. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entres amis. Le parc et la piscine sont exceptionnels ! Bel accueil des propriétaires et vacances très réussies pour notre part.

La maison se trouve dans un quartier très bien situé de Biarritz (proximité gare et aéroport de Biarritz, du P+R permettant d'être au centre de Biarritz en 10 minutes, d'une zone commerciale adaptée et de l'axe B.A.B). Elle dispose de 5 chambres bien agencées et d'un pool house équipé en studio indépendant, idéal pour les grands ados. La piscine est immense et bien chauffée. Sans oublier la plancha professionnelle disposée sur la terrasse surplombant le magnifique jardin et la piscine. La maison peut accueillir 12 personnes (voire 13) qui ne se marcheront pas sur les pieds. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles.

"Superbe villa à la déco personnalisée et originale, lumineuse et très propre. Literie de qualité. Piscine olympique à l’abri des regards et chauffée de surcroît. Immense jardin extraordinaire et luxuriant qui cache la propriété et l’isole totalement du monde extérieur. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. +++ Proximité des magasins et du bus : nous avons circulé essentiellement sans voiture. En somme endroit très agréable pour passer des vacances en famille. Petits et grands, nous avons adoré cet endroit magique. Nous y reviendrons assurément... "

"La propriete est tres fa...

"La propriete est tres facile d''acces, juste a cote de la gare et proche de l''aeroport. Elle est situee dans une zone industrielle, mais la grande taille du jardin, entoure d''arbres hauts qui isolent tres bien la maison, donne l''impression d''etre dans un petit paradis. La maison est tres bien entretenu et une femme de menage est passee 2 fois pendant notre sejour. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer les proprietaires qui sont chamants et ont tout fait pour rendre notre sejour agreable, du plateau de charcuterie offert a notre arrivee a l''entretien quotidien de la piscine. Ils ont meme achete un nouveau lecteur de DVD a notre demande que nous avons eu dans les 24 heures! Finalement le seul reproche que l''on puisse faire sur la villa est qu''elle est si agreable qu''on a tendance a ne pas suffisament sortir pour visiter cette belle region! Nous la recommandons et y retournerons avec grand plaisir."

"Nous avons passés de mer...

"Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances dans cette belle maison. Calme et ensoleillée, c''était vraiment l''endroit idéal pour nous ressourcer après la naissance de notre fille. La maison de la piscine nous a donné la possibilité de passer de bon moment avec nos amis, tout en étant indépendants. Pour les courses, la plage, ...tout est à proximité. Nous sommes allés passer la journée en train à San sébastien. Mais nous avons surtout profité de la piscine géante au milieu d''une superbe végétation car le temps a été magnifique, 28 degré toute la semaine. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons trouvé la maison très propre et merveilleusement décorée, avec de belles couleurs. les chambres sont superbes et très confortables.Il y avait des bouquets de fleurs partout et un jambon de bayonne , des boissons etc. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis en vacances... "

"The house lies on a huge...

"The house lies on a huge property beautifully sorrounded by a big green garden, it has a big nice pool with a pool house. The house is clean, colorful, modern and cosy. There are several sitting groups inside and outside. The house is easy accessable from the airport and the train station. A short taxi ride or local busses takes you in to Biarritz city center in a few minutes."
