A perfect property in a perfect location

Visited with friends in early June. The villa exceeded our expectations and the facilities were more like a home than a holiday rental. Eric gave us a thorough briefing which was handy, as after a severe storm we had nowater and no electricity - all resolved within an hour or two. The villa has everything you need and was clean and well maintained.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten, auch Ideal für einen Hund

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr großen Garten. Das Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, so dass unser kleiner Hund frei laufen konnte. Auch der Pool mit dem Liegebereich ist extra umzäunt, so besteht keine Gefahr das Hund oder kleinere Kinder ins Wasser fallen könnten. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit einer natürlich begrünten Pergola. Man kann zu jeder Tageszeit draußen im Schatten sitzen, sonnige Bereiche stehen aber hinreichend viele zur Verfügung. Der Pool hingegen ist ganztags in der Sonne. Somit ist das Wasser schön warm und man ist halbwegs vor den unvermeidlichen Mücken geschützt. Die Aussicht auf den Berg ist spektakulär, die Gartenanlage ist mit Palmen und Büschen sehr schön angelegt. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. In Summe ein perfektes Haus, wir waren drei Wochen dort und konnten den Aufenthalt genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft zu relaxen.

Wir hatten 10 traumhaft schöne Tage in unserer Unterkunft. Superschön angelegter Garten in dem man auch bei großer Hitze immer einen schattigen Platz findet. Der Pool war größer als vom Foto erwartet. Das Haus ist für 4-5 Erwachsene mehr als großzügig. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad. Kleiner Supermarkt fußläufig. Ebenso ein Arzt, falls benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter erfolgte vor Ort per Telefon/what´sApp. Dieser war in Minuten vor Ort und ist sehr sympathisch.

Schöner Urlaub am Fusse des Montgo

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und angenehmes Ferienhaus mit Klima in allen Schlafzimmer. Obwohl das Wetter nicht gut war, haben wir unser Urlaub genossen. Es gibt auch Hunderte wenn nicht Tausende von Bücher die man bei Regen gemütlich im Hause lesen kann :-)

Très agréable séjour en famille

Magnifique endroit, la location est tout à fait conforme à la description et sa situation est tout simplement idéale. Au pied du Montgo, au calme mais très proche de Javea, la location allie tous les avantages, la mer proche, la ville de Javea, ses quartiers historiques ainsi que son bord de mer à l’ambiance balnéaire sont rapidement accessibles. Quant à la location en elle-même, charmante, bien équipée, parsemée de petits endroits ombragés avec tables et chaises pour s’y attarder à la contemplation du lieu. La piscine est superbe, bien dimensionnée, elle permet à toute la famille de s’y détendre et de s’y rafraîchir. Le terrain est en espalier, ce qui le rend charmant, avec ses plantations d’espèces locales magnifiques, le tout bien clôturé, précision importante en cas de séjour avec animaux de compagnie. Le propriétaire est disponible, chaleureux et très impliqué dans sa région d’adoption. Bref, la perfection, le dépaysement assuré, l’impression d’avoir réussi nos vacances!

Rien à redire, description conforme, maison magnifique et très agréable. On vient d'y passer 3 semaines et il faut repartir hélas mais on revient en juin 2017 pour 3 semaines. Propriétaire disponible. Zabou

Magnifique villa au pied du Montgo !

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La villa correspond bien à la description et aux infos données par le propriétaire très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et ont chacune la clim et leur sdb. Les enfants ont bien apprécié la ch enfant avec ses jouets ! La propriété est grande, au calme, sans vis à vis et comporte des zones ombragées. On a une vue magnifique sur le majestueux Montgo, qui change de couleur à chaque heure de la journée, un régal quand on est dans la piscine. La zone piscine peut être clôturée, idéal pour notre petit de 20 mois ! La mer est à seulement 15min en voiture. Bref, tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. Encore merci, à Eric, le propriétaire.

Calme et charme au pied du Montgo

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette maison qui, habitée par ses propriétaires hors saison, dégage le supplément d'âme dont les locations classiques manquent cruellement. Au frais à l'intérieur, où la circulation se fait autour d'un patio couvert pour accéder aux trois grandes chambres, on trouve notamment une cuisine très bien équipée et donnant sur la terrasse. Dehors sous le soleil, entre l'espace piscine magnifique, la vue fabuleuse sur le Montgo et la cerise sur le gâteau que constitue le gigantesque potager, on est aux anges. Nous reviendrons tôt ou tard.

Sejour parfait dans une très belle maison
