Very private villa with surrounding wall on a plot of 2200 m2. Not isolated (3 neighbors) Parking for 4 cars. Large terrace and swimming pool (9mx5m) HEATED (rare)! Petanque track. 4 fully independent air-conditioned bedrooms (including a studio) with large double bed, and the studio with an extra single bed, shower room, WC and private terrace. Large terrace of 120 M2 facing the sea, with large table for 12 people in the shade of a century-old pine. Hard exterior barbecue with worktop and drinks fridge for an aperitif facing the Vedra! Satellite TV and high speed wifi! Complete equipment for two babies, games for children.
