Perfectly presented, it is much more modern than the photos and has clearly been updated recently with quality furnishings. We spent a whole month in the villa and adored our stay the heated pool was perfect. The hosts were 10/10 responded immediately to any small issue. They left toys for the kids, an amazing little toddler bed and additional cot too. We will definitely be returning. The location is amazing, a walk to the beautiful beach and amazing Karai bar and Sa Plageta restaurant. One thing to note is there are two adjoining bedrooms attached to the main building divided by a jack and jill bathroom and two external bedrooms not connected to the main building (or each other). Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!

Family Time in Formentera

The villa and pool were absolutely fantastic, immaculately clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner and the management company was excellent and the overall specification of the villa was impressive. We would wholeheartedly recommend especially for families looking for some luxurious privacy.

We visited this beautiful Villa in October 2026, as a group of 5 adults. Check in service with the property management company "Officine 77" went very smooth. They were also offering their services throughout our stay.We found the Villa as described. We were really impressed how nice and comfy it is in real live, absolutely stunning.You really get a lot of privacy in a quiet and relaxed area of the island. The only thing you might occasionally hear, is the neighbouring roosters crying in the early mornings :-D. The rooms were really clean, as were the bathrooms, sheets and towels. The kitchen is well equipped, you'll find everything you need. There are two fridges, one in the outdoor kitchen and one in the indoor kitchen. A bottle of Cava was waiting for us in the fridge which was a nice welcoming touch. The Villa is equipped with WiFi6 hooked up to SpaceX Starlink, which delivered an impressive performance. You can also find a Smart TV with Andorid TV in the living room (which we didn't actually use). The pool was impressive, very clean, self cleaning and just the right temperature. There is a private parking space in front of the property, which offers enough space to park a van or SUV. Two minor issues we encountered: The AC in blue and red room wasn't working properly, we adressed this to Officine77. It wasn't much of problem, because it was max 25C during our stay.The BBQ could receive a litte more "love" ;-)Absolutely recommened! We're coming back for sure!

Formentera at its best!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well designed to comfortably host up to 8 people. Well positioned to reach beaches, key cities, restaurant but transportation is highly recommended. The barbeque could receive some updates. All in all a fantastic week!

The overall feeling was excellent. The location, the beautiful garden and the super swimming pool made are stay top. There are some architectural issues that are quite peculiar; like a toilet in a closet, a room with a window looking towards the living-room, a bathroom without a window and another with a shower half meter lower than the soil. The furniture of the house could use an update, and we volunteer to do so:) But in the end, all of this wasn’t important, we had some good laughs about it. We had such a great time that we look forward to come back

E’ stato davvero un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura!Oltre ad essere veramente bella, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort ed accessorio,gli spazi comuni sono disposti in maniera ottimale e le camere sono molto accoglienti!La piscina è un valore aggiunto per rilassarsi dopo la spiaggia. I ragazzi dell’agenzia Officine 77 molto gentili e disponibili!Tutto perfetto!

No es oro todo lo que reluce

La casa es correcta. Nos sorprendió que las habitaciones no estuvieran conectadas con la casa directamente. Lo más IMPORTANTE la limpieza de la cocina y los utensilios de cocina dejaban mucho que desear! Más añadimos que los cajones y los utensilios en ellos no se habían limpiado en tiempo. Añadimos que la nevera No cierra correctamente y por ende No enfría o directamente congela . El sofá sucio por todos lados que tuvimos que limpiar una mancha de no sé qué! Para que los niños se pudieran sentar Y no menos importante las cucarachas que nos venían a ver por la noche ya era otro nivel! En los baños y en la cocina . Bueno por el resto, era correcto.

Boa estadia no geral

A casa está bem localizada , é bonita e representa aquilo que mostra o anúncio. Menos positivo: Por não ter um bom isolamento a casa fica muito quente Os eletrodomésticos são bastante antigos Falta também um congelador A limpeza de toalhas e lençóis podia ser feita pelo menos uma vez Wc de dois quartos é surreal , a sanita está dentro de um mini armário sem luz e sem possibilidade de se fechar a porta, se a pessoa for alta bate com a cabeça a levantar se dá sanita.

Tolle Haus mit hervorragender Lage

Der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr freundlich, antwortet prompt auf Fragen und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Check in so wie check out unkompliziert. Das Haus ist traumhaft exakt wie auf den Bildern, jedoch das Poolzimmer, wenn man genauer schaut, nicht sehr sauber ... Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Entspannte Tage

Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und ist der ideale Ort für entspannte Urlaubstage. Das Haus hat sehr gute Aufenthaltsqualität. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das gesamte Objekt ist gepflegt mit mediterraner Bepflanzung und schönem Pool. Wir waren zu siebt und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Agenten vor Ort war einfach, freundlich und schnell. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nur an die stets rufenden Hähne in der Nachbarschaft mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt!

Une très jolie maison (plus jolie dans la réalité que sur les photos), bien placée au calme et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée hors période haute est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons certainement et ne pouvons que recommander.

What you See is What you Get! Not Disappointed

We shared this 4 bedroom villa with another family for one week on the amazing island of Formentera. The villa location is excellent for easy access to a multitude of beaches on the south side of the island. We were roughly a 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the Gekko Hotel which hosts one of the best lunch/beach venues on the island. The location was the major selling point for us but the house also lived up to all our needs and was delivered spotless and well stocked. The villa had 4 bedrooms, three in the main house plus an adjacent building with a master bedroom. The second bedroom also served as a great master bedroom also having an en suite bath which was shared by a bedroom with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom was upstairs with a bathroom, including a shower and could serve nicely for an additional couple. There was a swimming pool (not large but adequate) with a few daybeds at one end and a small seating area for evening lounging. There was also an 8 person dining table just off the pool plus a second, slightly larger, dining table at the back of the house next to the bbq and outdoor propane cook top. We dined at the house every second evening and found both the setting and the kitchen cookware great. The house had a clothes washing machine (no dryer) with Wi-Fi that , although a bit glitchy, allowed us to exchange emails and stream the odd news program. There was an abundance of towels/bedding and beach towels for our use. We had a great stay at K Mari villa. Nicolas , the manager of the house was very accommodating. We loved Formentera and would return again to the K Mari Villa.

A casa é óptima, corresponde ao que se vê nas fotografias. Fica perto de tudo! Tem todas as condições para um família ou grupos, é super confortável e limpa. Fomos extremamente bem recebidos, os responsáveis estão sempre contactáveis e foram muito prestáveis. Sem dúvida a recomendar e a repetir!
