Como en casa

Hemos disfrutado de la estancia. María encantadora. Barbacoa y zona exterior muy cómoda y con acceso a la piscina. Hay animales de granja cercanos de vecinos, pavos reales, gallos que dan su compañía, aunque entiendo q habrá personas q le molesten. Y si les molestan q se queden en su ciudad asfaltada que si vas al campo es lo que hay.

Die Appartements waren sauber und wie beschrieben. Parkplätze direkt davor vorhanden. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Was für mich aus dem Inserat nicht heraus zu lesen war, das mehrere Häuser auf dem Grundstück sind, die sich den Pool teilen. Trotzdem war es für alle ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Peaceful and clean

The houses and overall amenities were exactly what we expected from the description and the photos. The houses were sparkling clean and Maria, the host, who lives next door, was always available and helpful. The house is just outside San francesc xavier, very close but detached enough so we felt the peaceful environment of the "countryside". There's plenty of trees and you can hear the birds sound. It was a very pleasant experience.

Para repetir

Es la primer vez (de 4) que decidimos ir a una casa con zonas compartidas. Siempre hemos ido a casa privada, pero esta vez decidimos cambiar y probar. La zona de la piscina nos llamó mucho la atención y la verdad es que ha sido una gran experiencia. María se preocupa por ofrecer lo mejor a sus inquilinos. Atenta y muy amable. No descartamos repetir el año que viene. Estando allí vino gente que nos comentó que llevaba años repitiendo, señal de que es un buen sitio para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas, con amigos o en familia. ¡Gracias, María!

Idyllische Ruhe

Mar y Montana ist ein gepflegtes Anwesen in perfekter Lage zwischen San Francisco und dem Meer gelegen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt. Die tolle Grillanlage, die sonnige Frühstücksterrasse und der saubere Pool wurden ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Maria ist eine kommunikative, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin, die ein offenes Ohr für all unsere Anliegen hatte. Wir hatten zwei erholsame Wochen. Vielen Dank!

Casa bella spaziosa e pulita! In una zona un po’ fuori ma praticamente al centro dell’isola comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti strategici. In oltre con la possibilità di usufruire di una piscina veramente bella!

Un completo desastre

La casita aparentemente es sencilla pero correcta, el problema es la propietaria y la limpieza Imposible guardar la ropa en los armarios debido al olor a humedad, las toallas viejas, y el wc olía muy mal, de manera que el mal olor impregnaba toda la casa Las cucarachas campan a su aire por toda la casa, incluido el marmol de la cocina mientras estas en los fogones... Tuvimos un desencuentro con la propietaria, ya que le pedimos que por favor no tuviera suelto un perro de raza peligrosa joven (no atendía cuando lo llamaban, muy nervioso) que asustaba a lo niños (y mayores). Según ella esa era su casa (esta en la misma propiedad) y teniamos que haber preguntado con anterioridad si había perros (había un par mas que no molestaban, pero este en concreto si parecía agresivo por como nos ladraba). Inicialmente le pedimos educadamente que no se nos acercara, haciendonos caso omiso, incluso burlandose de los niños. No podiamos hacer barbacoa tranquilos, ya que el perro venía constantemente, provocando que los niños tuvieran panico y teniendo q esconder la comida. Al volverle a pedir que por favor mantuviera el perro en su casa se nos enfrentó, chillandonos de manera muy desagradable, indicando que a ella le molestaban los niños y que deseaba que nos fueramos de ahí. Nos arruinó las vacaciones a dos familias completas. No recomendable, esperamos que encuentre una solución para no tener ningún incidente en el futuro.

Hemos alquilado dos casas para un total de 8 personas. La estancia ha sido perfecta, los apartamentos disponen de todo lo necesario, son muy cómodos y muy limpios. La propiedad tiene zona de barbacoa y piscina. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado. Maria ha sido muy amanle y disponible en todo momento. Sin duda una estancia fantástica, lo recomiendo.

Mar y Montagna è la casa ideale per una rilassante vacanza ! Situata in una oasi di campagna silenziosissima, ma non distante dal centro di San Francesc Xavier; Maria è una host perfetta : casa pulitissima, 2 comode camere doppie, aria condizionata, zanzariere e barbecue ( che abbiamo avuto il piacere di urilizzare l’ ultima sera ) e una spettacolare piscina comune.
