Lovely cottage in peaceful location

We had a lovely 5 days in Cossogno. The cottage is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. Elena was an excellent host who went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The village has a small shop and a smashing osteria where we had a lovely meal. Also serves as a bar. The local villagers were all really friendly especially as we had our dog with us. The village is away from the hustle and bustle of Maggiore and about 10 minutes to Verbania. Highly recommended in a quiet spot.

Elenas Domizil ist wie beschrieben ein wundervoller Ort der Ruhe am trubeligen Lago Maggiore. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Besonders toll ist, dass man sogar Gemüse und Kräuter zum Kochen verwenden darf 😍

Ce qu'a de bon l'humanité

Séjour alliant l'eau, le minéral, le végétal, la verticalité, les rapports humain,.. Des lacs aux sommets, les lieux sont encore préservés d'un tourisme de masse, la montagne s'en ressens et nous y avons retrouvé des sensations perdues par ailleurs, nous y avons trouvé un écrin aimé des personnes qui y vivent.

Wundervoll

Die Lager der beiden Ferienhäuser ist einfach paradiesisch! Wenn man einen ruhigen idyllischen Rückzugsort sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Elena die Gastgeberin, der Ort und die Einrichtung der Häuser geben Dir ein heimeliges Gefühl und man fühlt sich willkommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr ruhige ,authebtische Unterku ft

Elena war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die verschiedenen Sitzplätze rund ums Haus haben uns gut gefallen.Ein Traum auf der Terrasse zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen . Schönes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderbarem Garten

Ein sehr liebevoll gepflegter Garten mir vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen umgibt das kleine, sehr gemütliche Ferienhäuschen. Elena ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns zudem mit selbst angebautem frischem Salat und Gemüse versorgt hat. Von Cossogno aus, das beschaulich liegt, kann man gut das Val Grande, aber auch den Lago Maggiore, Lago Mergozzo und Ortasee erreichen und sich nach den Ausflügen in dem schönen Quartier ausruhen. Wir können die „due formiche“ also wärmstens empfehlen.

Großartig und wunderschön

Das kleine Dorf und die gemütliche Steinhütte laden zum Träumen ein. Der Blick von dem Steinhäuschen auf die Berge und Wälder ist malerisch. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Laggo Maggiore und in den Bergen. Elena pflegt das Häuschen und hat es wunderbar eingerichtet. Der Rucola in ihrem Garten war der leckerste den wir jemals gegessen haben. Wir waren mit einem fünf Monate alten Baby da und alles hat sehr gut geklappt.

Ruhe-Oase in wunderschönem kleinem Bergdorf am Lago Maggiore

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche in Elenas kleiner aber feiner Ferienwohnung fernab vom Touristentrubel des Lago Maggiore in dem hübschen alten Bergdorf Cossogno mit verwinkelten Gässchen und Natur direkt vor der Haustüre verbringen! Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht und Elena legt viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, Plastikvermeidung und ökologische Reinigungsutensilien! Spitze! Im Garten kann man sich sehr gut auf der Liege unter dem Sonnensegel entspannen und Bienen und Vögeln lauschen. Ab und zu kommen Elena und ihre liebe Hündin Agra auf einen Plausch vorbei und man fühlt sich wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben! 😊 In kurzen Worten gesagt: Tutto bene! Wir kommen wieder! 🌸

Erholung pur

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist der richtige Platz zum Erholen. Es liegt idyllisch in dem kleinen Bergdorf Cossogno, ist wunderschön, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Elena, die Vermieterin, ist immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wer gern abseits der Touristenströme Urlaub macht, ist hier genau richtig.

Unbeschreiblich schön

Die Ferienwohnung hat neben allem, was man braucht viel liebevollen Charme, so dass wir uns sofort darin wohlgefühlt haben. Für Selbstversorger und Gerneköchinnen- und Köche bestens geeignet, da es im zugehörigen Garten viel Gemüse und Salat zu ernten gibt. 🙂 Von Cossogno kann man viele schöne Wanderung ins Val Grande Unternehmen. Elena trifft immer die gute Mischung zwischen Zurückhaltung und Herzlichkeit und ist ein wundervoller Mensch. An ihrer Seite ist stets Agra 🐕, die man einfach nur ins Herz schließen muss. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vacances inoubliables dans la nature et le calme de Cossogno

Le temps s'arrête à Cossogno, plus de voitures, un village piémontais authentique et préservé au cœur du parc national Val grande. La nature tout autour, belles randonnées et belles découvertes. Une vie de village bien sympathique autour de l'Osteria sur la place ! Le lac majeur est accessible en quelques minutes, le lac Mergozzo et le lac d'orta sont proches. Le petit chalet d'Elena est formidable, même à 4 personnes, très bien agencé et équipé, l'extérieur est fabuleux, plusieurs terrasses, petit potager, arbres fruitiers, fleurs... Un petit bijou que l'on est triste de quitter... Nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil d'Elena et ses valeurs écologiques, et notre chienne Plume a adoré la compagnie d'Agra ! Betoverend plaatje

Zeer warme ontvangst, droomlocatie , ontbijt met de zon op je snoet en zicht op de bergen, rustig schattig dorpje. Je kan prachtig wandelen in de bergen, wij konden wel niet heel ver gaan met de kinderen, maar toch kunnen genieten van mooie panorama's. Met kinderen kan je avontuurlijke uitstapjes doen op minder dan 1 uur rijden. Dagelijks verkoeling zoeken , kan op een kwartiertje rijden in Lago Mergozzo, heel mooi zacht klaar water omgeven door de schilderachtige bergen en dorpjes.

just as the brochure says and more. a perfect place to explore the beautiful and relaxing Italian Lakes. The wonderful settld weather added to the package for a truly fabulous holiday. I have parkinsons disease so am a little limited but apart from the limited access to the property this was no problem and Cleo the spaniel enjoyed her stay as well. we will certainly return. it might be useful to provide a small trolley to transport baggage/ shopping to the cottage. Una permanenza perfetta - ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einem malerischen Ferienhaus, das ganz genau so war, wie wir es nach der Beschreibung erwartet hatten: Perfekt ausgestattet, schön angelegt, mit einer super-netten Vermieterin, die für alles Nötige sorgte. Die Betten waren richtig gut, das Geschirr schön und umfangreich, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Seife, Geschirrspülmittel... alles reichlich vorhanden. Solch eine perfekte Ausstattung haben wir noch in keinem anderen Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Man konnte tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen machen. In dem Ferienhaus gab es Reiseführer und Wanderkarten und Stadtpläne etc. Und Elena gab dazu noch Tipps und Anregungen. Sehr, sehr schön. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana favolosa. La casa è pittoresco e funzionale: Perfetto! L'attrezzatura è mitica e non lascia alcun desiderio aperto. Persino ci sono cartine delle città diverse, carte dei sentieri, tanti volumi illustrato. Elena fa tutto per il benessere degli ospiti. Tutto - dentro e fuori - è perfetto.

Ottimo!!!

We have stayed in a wonderful place and have been looked after by a wonderful host. The house is thouroughly restored and carefully furbished. It was more then spotless and had everything we needed (even a salad spinner) and with any problems Elena helped us out. The whole place, the garden, its trees is kept with great care and we loved the ringing of the bells of the spire nearby. Cossogno is at the rim of Val Grande - a great place for walking and near to the lakes. And for those who don't like walking there is a lot to see in the area and even Milano is not far. The Val grande is more remote and if you look for silence, there you find it. Thank you Elena.

Perfektes Haus und wunderschöne Gegend

Das Haus ist absolut liebevoll gestaltet mit Sinn für kleine Details. Besonders vorzuheben sind der Garten, die wunderschöne Terrasse...und der Duft von Lavendel, Rosmarin und Salbei, der einen empfängt. In der Woche unserers Aufenhaltes konnten wir noch lange nicht alles entdecken, was wir in dieser schönen Landschaft sehen wollten. Wir möchten gerne wieder in dieses schöne Haus kommen. Elena ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Zeer aan te raden en om te herhalen.

Geografische positie: in een mooi en rustig dorpje, dat op terrassen is gebouwd en is voorzien van de basisvoorzieningen (minimarkt, bar, restaurant en apotheek). Op een paar kilometer afstand ligt Verbania, aan het Lago Maggiore. Het is een goed vertrekpunt voor vele mooie excursie aan de zuidrand van het Nationale Park Val Grande. Ook niet ver weg liggen het meer van Mergozzo, Val d‘Ossola, Domodossola, Novara, Milan etc. Het huisje: zowel binnen als buiten mooi ingericht. Het uitzicht richting het meer is spectaculair en je kunt ook genieten het uitzicht op de rest van het dorp en de klokkentoren. De klok laat zich wel regelmatig horen. De beschikbaarheid van een moestuin is een echt pluspunt. De badkamer is compact maar goed ingericht. Het huisje is schoon en goed onderhouden, zo ook de rijk bloeiende tuin. De keuken beschikt over veel benodigdheden. De slaapkamer bevindt zich, net als de badkamer, op de bovenverdieping en is ruim en voorzien van een grote kledingkast. Kortom: een uitstekend verblijf, omringd door veel groen en bloemen. Van alle gemakken voorzien voor een rustig verblijf. Er is ook voldoende privacy. Directe omgeving: bossen, bergen, wandelpaden, kleine dorpjes (borghi) en de bergstroom San Bernardino. Deze stroomt langs de onderkant van het dorp en is zeer aan te raden voor warme dagen. In de buurt bevinden zich producenten van heerlijke lokale producten zoals honing en geitenkaas. De eigenaresse: Elena sympathiek en heeft veel kennis van de omgeving. Ze voorziet je graag en gepassioneerd van goede tips voor excursies ed. Ze woont op ca. 20 meter van het huisje en is mede daardoor makkelijk te benaderen.
