Close to the beach Ira (1200 meters) and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.Dista 800 meters from the center of Porto Rotondo, easily reachable on foot through the sidewalk with lighting notturna.Dispone of bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, large balcony, carport, air conditioning, TV, and every comfort. Completely renovated and restored furniture, can accommodate up to 6 people plus any children in a cot (cots are not available at the apartment). The price includes the cleaning of the premises and the consumption of electricity, water and gas. They are not including bedding and bath, which guests can bring their own choice or be equipped with a supplement of ? 15 per person. LONG STAY: with the exception of July and August, apply a discount of 5% on list prices for stays of 2 weeks and 10% for stays of 3 weeks or more. Stays from Saturday to Saturday, arrival between 17 and 20 and should be vacated by 10am. At the time of entry will be paid a deposit of ? 150 which will be restituia release.

Appartamento delizioso, curato nel dettaglio con un bellissimo terrazzo. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e premurosi, come anche la signora Cristina che ci accolto all’arrivo. Tutto perfetto.

Ottima vacanza

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con altre 5 amiche per una settimana. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Il padrone di casa è stato molto disponibile fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e l'appartamento è comodo, spazioso e vicino a piedi al centro di portorotondo.

Piacevole soggiorno in questo grazioso appartamento situato in bella posizone con magnifica vista del golfo di Portorotondo (a pochi minuti di auto dal centro e dalle spiagge). Ben arredato, pulitissimo, dotato di tutte le comodità e curato nei particolari rispecchia l'amore dei proprietari per la casa delle vacaze e per questa splendita terra. Gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a fornire consigli utili (spiagge, luoghi da visitare, ristoranti) a chi vi soggiorna. Consigliatissimo

Bella vacanza!

Siamo stati in 4 in questo bell'appartamento dalla vista mozzafiato direttamente sulla bella costa di Porto Rotondo. Appartamento pulito, dotato di ogni confort, con un bell'arredamento interno ed un godibilissimo terrazzo. L'aria condizionata ci ha salvato visto il caldo intenso che ha caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un residence lontano dalla strada dove gli unici rumori sono dovuti a un eliporto vicino (un paio di volte al giorno... in orari non proibitivi ... si sollevano elicotteri). Naturalmente bisogna fare i conti con i vicini condomini e con le loro abitudini orarie.... va messo in conto! Il mare, raggiungibile in auto in 5 min... è semplicemente fantastico. Una menzione speciale ai proprietari, davvero cortesi ed attenti ad ogni dettaglio pur di garantire un gradevole soggiorno ai loro ospiti. Grazie!

Residence Porto Rotondo

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, con dotazioni di ottimo livello. Le fotografie rispecchiano esattamente la sistemazione. Gli spazi sono adeguati, l'appartamento in perfetto ordine ed i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Porto Rotondo è facilmente raggiungibile con una brevissima passeggiata e poco lontano ci sono ottimi ristoranti. Le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili. Senza alcun dubbio consiglierei per una vacanza questo immobile.
