Arranged on three levels: in the main entrance there is an intercom, opening the wooden gate there is a convenient garage on the left side and on the right side the stairs for access to the inside of the house and to the upper external part of the house. The first floor of the house consists of: living room with a view of the beach and dining area (in the living room there is air conditioning), kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, pantry), bathroom (bidet, toilet, sink), room with an antechamber where there is a washing machine and a large sink, comfortable and roomy closet. Through the stairs, covered in beautiful granite and a wooden handrail, you access the mezzanine floor, where there is a double bedroom. Upper floor 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Outside, at the back of the house, there is an outdoor shower (water heated by the solar panel) and barbeque, terrace with table and chairs.
