The house is situated in a small quiet rural village and is totally independent. Facing south, spread over one floor, is surrounded by ample outdoor space on all sides and offers maximum freedom and privacy. It is located just 10 minutes (8 miles) of beaches and coves of the most beautiful in Sardinia. Nearby you can find a supermarket, fish, pizza, villas, restaurants, discos, bars, bank, post office, library, pharmacy and many sports.

The property, situated in the south-east of Sardinia, is a former farmhouse whose interior has been undergoing major renovations in 2011 that made it even energy self-sufficient. Offering all the comforts you iindicata to stay in all seasons. Connoisseurs know that in spring and autumn in Sardinia, thanks to its mild climate, it is enjoyable. The house, surrounded by extensive grounds, offers the tranquility of the countryside, making it ideal for a family or for those who want peace and privacy but still want to amusements and attractions of seaside resorts. The coast offers many amenities it, but you can also participate in excursions, wanting to organize, in the nearby forest. The house is located at the foot of the mountain range because of the "Seven Brothers", resulting in surroundings of great natural interest that has two different habitats: the marine environment, characterized by coves and long white sandy beaches and a sea of ??unforgettable colors , and the mountain paradise of deer, wild boars and other diverse and interesting fauna and flora. In summer you can take the opportunity of many festivals to enjoy local dishes and wines. Do not miss a taste of the wine produced from local winery and the cheese produced by local breeders (Camisa cheese factory). The famous roast pork (suckling pig) can, if desired, prepare you buying it directly from local farmers, wood, spit and rotisserie are at your disposal. There is the possibility of excursions to nearby islands, boat, sailing boat or motor, as well as the opportunity to play sports: diving, horse riding, golf, windsurfing, mountain biking, etc.. Da Costa Rei is possible in only ten minutes to reach the white beaches of Villasimius, a popular tourist destination. Do not miss a trip on the historic narrow gauge railway to Arbatax or near Cagliari, the archaeological sites of Barumini.

Lovely House with nice terraces

Very nice stay in this nice and open House which is in very good condition. the owner was always helpful with and questions and always quick in reply. The House and the garden offers anything you need - thanks for this wonderful Holiday!

Wonderful beaches and very friendly people

A very spacious holiday house in rural surroundings which does not leave any wishes open. A lemon tree next to one of the two terraces was a welcome addition to our daily meals at the house. The communication with the owner worked perfectly well via mail, and a neighbour showed us all the necessary bits and pieces around the property. All in all a perfect place for people who appreciate tranquility and peace. A warm thank you to the proprietor, Chiara, for her friendly words. We would certainly come again! Klaus

A fabulous relaxing holiday

We had a fabulous holiday at this charming and delightful property about 15 to 30 minutes' drive from some beautiful beaches. We were drawn to Sardinia primarily by the desire to have a relaxing beach holiday for the whole family, with children aged from 10 to 16. We loved the area with its stunning scenery and the beaches did not disappoint. The villa was perfect for us. We loved its rustic charm. Very clean with everything we needed and air-conditioned too. There's also a lovely porch to sit out on, looking out onto the garden. It's set in a very peaceful location. Yet grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are not too far away by car. All communication with the owner and housekeeper was excellent and straightforward. Highly recommended. We loved our stay in the villa and we loved Sardinia.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern zweieinhalb Wochen in diesem sehr angenehmen Haus verbracht. Mit den vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einem großen Koch- und Essbereich und großzügigen Wohnbereich, zwei Terassen und dem sehr großen Grundstück hatten wir viel Platz für eine entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratzen sind von guter Qualität und es gibt viel Stauraum für Kleidung. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen weiten Blick über die Weinfelder bis zu den umliegenden Bergen.Viele wunderschöne Sandstrände sind innerhalb von 15 - 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni waren diese angenehm wenig besucht. Restaurants/Pizzerien sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar, auch ein kleinerer Supermarkt. Es gab nur eine kleine Einschränkung bei dieser Unterkunft, weswegen ich einen Stern abziehe. Mit der "Beduftung" von Zimmern und Schränken hat der Vermieter es etwas zu gut gemeint. Menschen mit Duftstoffunverträglichkeit wie ich bekommen hier Schwierigkeiten. Wir mussten alle Duftspender einsammeln und draußen lagern. Der Duft in den Schränken blieb. Ich musste einige Wohntextilien und meine gesamte Kleidung nach kurzer Aufbewahrung im Kleiderschrank zweimal durchwaschen und außerhalb des Schranks lagern.Wir hatten trotzdem eine gute Zeit und empfehlen das Haus gern für duftunempfindliche Menschen.

Urlaub in ländlicher Idylle

Großes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, an den Sonnenseiten mit großzügigen Terrassen - dadurch heizt sich das Haus nicht so auf. Alle Fenster und Türen mit Insektenschutz! Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir kaum Probleme mit Moskitos. Von der großen Terrasse blickt man über die Straße auf einen Weinberg und einen Olivenhain. Jeden morgen fuhr der alte Schäfer an unserem Haus vorbei, gefolgt von der Herde und den Hütehunden. Abends ging es wieder zurück. Ich mochte dieses Ritual und das leise läuten der Glöckchen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, inkl. Geschirr. Wir hatten vor Ort eine Ansprechpartnerin, die wir aber nicht benötigten. Am Haus viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Gute Strandausrüstung vorhanden(genialer Schirm-der nicht wegflog :), Strandstühle). Waschmaschine, Wäscheleine und Klammern vorhanden. Es wird großen Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt. Bis auf Sonntag wird täglich etwas abgeholt. Man stellt die Sachen an die Straße hinter dem Haus. Der Nachbar hat 3 Katzen, die gerne mal vorbeischauen. Von der großen Terrasse aus, kann man gelegentlich bei ihm einen Steinkauz beobachten. Das Grundstück ist bepflanzt mit einigen Mandelbäumen, 2 prächtigen Palmen, einigen Olivenbäumen, einem Zitronenbaum, einer Korkeiche und Oleandern. Im Ort selber gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unterwegs zu den Stränden der Umgebung, gibt es Obst- und Gemüsehändler am Straßenrand oder kleinere Supermärkte.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. La maison était conforme à la description, propre et très bien équipée, notamment pour la cuisine. La proximité des plage de la Costa Rei est un plus. Nous avons pu également visiter différents sites plus ou moins éloignés, la proximité de la route SS125 est un plus

Ein Urlaub, der all unsere Wünsche erfüllte

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht: geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, eine große Terrasse, auf der wir unsere Mahlzeiten einnehmen konnten und eine Außenanlage mit Liegestühlen unter Palmen... Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Bäcker von besonderer Qualität, im Nachbarort, ein Auto ist erforderlich, auch um die schöne Insel zu erkunden. Danke an Christina, die da war, wenn wir sie brauchten.

Idyllisch und ruhig

Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Chiarina konnte uns nicht selbst in Empfang nehmen aber ihre Nachbarin hat uns sehr warm und herzlich empfangen. Sie sprach allerdings nur italienisch. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und gut mit allem ausgestattet. Es gab sogar eine gute Auswahl an Gewürzen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern von 13 bis 17 für 3 Wochen da. Wir hatten absolut genügend Platz. Die Einrichtung der Küche war sehr gut, 2 Terrassen sorgten für Abwechslung. Der schöne und auch im August nicht überfüllte Strand war mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Im Umkreis von einer Stunde Autofahrt sind auch vielfältige Wanderungen verschiedener Schwierigkeitsgrade möglich, im August aber temperaturbedingt recht anstrengend. Könnten wir uns gerne wieder vorstellen!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist etwas abseits, dafür sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung hat alles was es braucht. Zweckmässige Küche, Schöne Zimmer mit guten Matratzen. Die 2 Vorplätze sind auch gut eingerichtet. Bei einem Problem hat Chiara versucht zu helfen. Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Willkommen im Paradies

....genau so haben wir uns vom ersten Tag an gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet...uns haben die schönen ländlichen Bilder und Kunstdrucke sehr gefallen. Die großzügig eingerichtete Küche haben wir als gute Alternative zu den Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung oft genutzt. Wir sind eigentlich Strandmenschen,aber die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses mit dem tollen Garten und den beiden Terrassen haben wir oft bevorzugt. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und vermissen jetzt schon dieses faszinierende Land ,die temperamentvollen Menschen und die ländliche Atmosphäre des Hauses..eigentlich ein Anwesen Unser Dank geht an die Dame des Hauses Chiara und an die nette Nachbarin Cristina,die uns freundlich begrüßte und uns alles wichtige und wesentliche im Haus zeigte. Das Haus war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Betreuung war perfekt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl die Vermieterin selbst nicht vor Ort war, erkundigte sie sich mehrmals per mail, ob alles in Ordnung war. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Haus und die Vermieterin bestens weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschön

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und im Haus bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, das Auto kann untergestellt werden und man ist schnell am Strand, bzw. an diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Chiara, auch für die schnelle Kommunikation bei Problemen :-).

Toller Aufenthalt in L‘annunziata

Ein wirklich schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein mehr wie faires Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, zumindest in der Nachsaison Anfang Oktober. Von der Objektübergabe bis hin zur Ausstattung und Funktionalität war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Es ist alles vorhanden! Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie war es ein optimales Domizil. Von hier konnten wir die verschiedenen Strände anfahren, die schon in wenigen Kilometer erreicht wurden (Auto notwendig). Aber auch das große Grundstück mit seinen beiden tollen Terrassen hat zum verweilen und spielen eingeladen. Zum Schluss noch ein Dank an Chiara, die aus der Ferne alles toll organisiert hat. Eine wirklich gute Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne wieder…bis bald.

Schön!

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Probleme vor Ort wurden zeitnah durch eine Nachbarin, die gegenüber von dem Haus wohnt, behoben. Uns störte jedoch das ständige Hundegebell von den umliegenden Häusern.

Esperienza da ripetere

La casa di Chiara è in una località molto tranquilla e vicina a tante belle spiagge di Costa Rei. La casa è ancora più bella e grande che nelle foto, pulita e completamente attrezzata( anche per il mare). Chiara è una host eccezionale, sempre disponibile, ha sempre risposto molto velocemente a tutti i messaggi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa e una volta li, la sera, spegnete le luci, sdraiatevi sulle sdario e alzate glinocchinal cielo…uno spettacolo nello spettacolo….Grazie Chiara ❤️ A presto

Tolles Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung

Das großzügige Ferienhaus liegt auf einem riesengroßem Grundstück in sehr ländlicher Umgebung. Schön war das Carport, unter dem wir unser Auto im Schatten parken konnten. Die Klimaanlage in allen Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsräumen hat sehr gut funktioniert und das Haus, trotz der hochsommerlichen Temperaturen, schnell auf ein erträgliches Raumklima heruntergekühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin lief perfekt. Wer die ländliche Ruhe mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt erforderlich!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein Abstrich müssen wir für die wlan Verbindung machen. Diese war leider nicht gut.
