Conveniently located in Montriond, in a quiet hamlet at 10mn walking from the beautiful lake of Montriond and 5 mn driving from the slopes of Avoriaz by the Ardent cable car and the center of Morzine, this brand-new chalet La Grotte aux Fées offers luxury standard and a lot of charm through a careful decoration.
The accomodation is spacious and has 2 levels. It has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8-10people.
The chalet was built as a family home and has therefore been finished to a high standard and with contemporary modern furnishings.
The ground floor is comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy living room with a plasma TV screen (140 channels), double bedroom, bathroom (tub) and separate toilet.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom (shower), separate toilet and a laundry (washing machine, dryer...)
All beedrooms are cosy, modern, confortable with flat TV screen.
The chalet is equipped with WIFI.
There are 2 covered parking spaces and 2 extra outside. If necessary, it has all the equipment for baby (cot,high chair, stroller).

Séjour entre amis réussis !

Super chalet, confortable et bien équipé. Jardin clôturé très apprécié pour nos amis à 4 pattes. Bien localisé : facile de rejoindre les pistes en voiture ou en bus et balades au départ du chalet. L' équipe de conciergerie est peu serviable mais le propriétaire est très sympa.

Very smooth no hassle checked in stayed 2 weeks had a fab holiday and chalet is amazing, need vehicle for location which we drove out so no issues for us, would stay again next year.

Beautifully finished, well equipped property

Lovely home to stay in. Easy access to slopes by car. We were 2 families each of 4 people. It would have been a squeeze to have the full 10 people that the property is advertised for.

"La grotte aux fées" porte vraiment bien son nom ! Un chalet convivial, au cœur de la nature, avec vu sur les sapins et au son d'une rivière ! Confort, espace, alliance du moderne et du rustique, nous avons passé de superbes vacances ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour essayer de dénicher clochettes et ses amies surement cachées pas bien loin !

L''accès au domaine skiable d''Avoriaz et des Portes du Soleil est très facile (à seulement 5mn en voiture). Nous y retournerons volontiers."
