We highly recommend staying at this property. The courtyard is a dream! We had morning coffee and afternoon cocktails outside daily and immensely enjoyed it. The property manager/owner was incredibly helpful with every single thing we asked/needed. Overall our stay was delightful!
The apartment is lovely, and bigger than it looks in photos. The garden is a beautiful oasis of calm and greenery. Nicolo is an outstanding host -- friendly and extremely helpful. The walking maps he provided are exceptional - really great for navigating the neighborhood, shops, transit, etc. And his tips for dinner were spot-on. The location is very convenient for the Vatican, and access to the rest of Rome. We were very happy to stay here.

It was very easy and convenient for our family to get to all the popular areas from the apartment. It was very safe and quiet. The place was rather clean.

We Made An Excellent Choice
We made a great choice of this booking. The apartment itself was wonderful and in a quiet part of town. It had large bedrooms each with its own bathroom and all the amenities we needed: air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, etc. Everything worked very well. It was a convenient location as well near the metro and bus stop, a great wine bar, market just up the street, etc. The courtyard was beautiful, and it was nice that we were in a secure area behind a locked gate. Within the apartment there were maps and suggestions on how to find things in the area. Our host, Nicolo went above and beyond. I needed help with a few arrangements for my senior parents, and Nicolo responded immediately and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Nicolo, for making our stay lovely!

About the host
Hosted by Nicolo Busacca
I was born and grew up in Rome, after a couple of years in London as a pr manager for Italian clients in the food industry and in Lausanna (Switzerland) where I set up my own business in the food sector, I decided to come back to Rome and to move into the Food & Hotellerie field as a professional training consultant. This big jump is due to my great gratification in warmly welcoming people and let them feel as if they're in their own home! Usually I'm always opened and available to show them around, the area and the city, trying to be a reliable reference point during the whole stay. This because I believe in networking built upon passion, welcoming my hosts as special guests, trying to do my best to guarantee each time a positive and unique experiece.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is in a family-owned building, and our desire is to provide to each host not only a simple accomodation structure but personalized services with a unique warmly and exclusive feeling.
What makes this property unique
The family palace was built on the ruins of an historical private villa owned by the cardinal Msgr Albani during the 17th century. The property enjoys an antique roman fountain in the middle of the internal garden, all surrounded by trees and original marble roman capitals and statues.
