Superbe location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.la maison est superbe au calme bien équipée. Si nous revenons dans la région nous n hesiterons pas.le propriétaire est très accueillant et le village est superbe .bref ravis de notre séjour

Sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Wir haben nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Es ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr gepflegt und sehr schön gelegen. Es passt einfach alles... Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Abwicklung der Formalitäten waren problemlos. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

FORMIDABLE MALGRE UNE METEO UN PEU TROP FRAICHE

Maison et jardin magnifique. très bien équipé et très agréable. Confort parfait. On a beaucoup apprécié le lieu, le calme, la nature et les paysages. Propriétaire très sympa et toujours à l'écoute. Vraiment à recommander.

Semaine exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison parfaitement située, au calme mais pas non plus isolée, avec un espace extérieur très agréable (nous avons eu très beau temps et avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse). Des sentiers sont accessibles à pied depuis la maison et permet de découvrir un paysage de gorges magnifiques. Les sites d'intérêt touristique sont aussi très proche en voiture. L'intérieur n'est pas en reste, la maison est équipée "comme chez soi", et elle dispose d'une pièce à vivre particulièrement spacieuse et confortable. La grande télé et le wifi ravira les adolescents. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, toujours prompt à répondre lorsque nous le sollicitions. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.

Petit havre de paix

Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui est très gentil et à l'écoute de toutes propositions pour améliorer les équiepements. La maison est très fonctionnelle, très propre et on s'y sent comme chez soi. L'espace extérieur est très agréable, nous avons pu vraiment en profiter grâce au beau temps. La maison est bien située, au calme proche du petit village de Labeaume qui est très typique avec un bon petit resto conseillé par le propriétaire et de Ruoms où on trouve tous les commerces. La rivière est proche quand on veut profiter des activités d'eau. Bref, un séjour à renouveler !!!!!

SUPER LOCATION !!!!!

Location très agréable, bien située, au calme. Nous avons apprécié la maison, spacieuse et bien équipée, très propre, agrémentée d'un grand jardin. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très sympathique. En plus, il nous a conseillé sur les activités et visites à faire dans la région (documentation sur place). Nous étions avec nos petits enfants et nous avons passé un super séjour!!!!!!!!

Grand calme et reposant

Maison indépendante pleine de charme et loin du tumulte de la ville où nous nous sommes sentis au calme. Une grande pièce à vivre, cuisine ouverte sur salon qui nous a ravis ; lits très confortables ; douche à l'italienne très spacieuse. Le jardin est parsemé d'oliviers, chênes et murets de pierres : superbe espace à l'image des falaises de Labeaume. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil authentique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille avec des tous petits. Accueil excellent dans ce gite avec une pièce de vie immense, le jardin est beau tout comme l'intérieur. bref c’était parfait MERCI

Calme et dépaysement

Très belle maison sur un parc arboré d'oliviers et de chênes. Maison spacieuse, très bien entretenue, avec tout le confort pour un séjour agréable et dans un calme absolu. Il ne manque rien. Proche de Ruoms pour les ravitaillements et de Labeaume pour le dépaysement ardéchois. Une multitudes de choses à visiter aux alentours et les sentiers de randonnée quasi au départ de la maison . Pour finir, un propriétaire très accueillant et très arrangeant. Merci de nous avoir fait profité de votre maison. A recommander. Ghyslaine et Arnaud (Lorraine)

TRES BELLE MAISON contemporaine et lumineuse ,bien équipée et bien entretenue avec un terrain bien aménagé et paysagé, au calme et tout proche des sentiers de randonnée Je conseille vivement cette location aux amoureux de la nature La région mérite le détour et le propriétaire est très accueillant
