Spacious renovated Quercy barn (520m2): 9 bedrooms (9 bathrooms, 11 toilets), a bright kitchen (60 m2) very well equipped (2 fridges, 2 electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 6 burners gas, microwave, 1 freezer, cookware), a dining room (60 m2) a living room (50m2) with TV and a play area for children, DVD player, a laundry room, a secure swimming pool, a covered gazebo (50 m2), a shaded garden with 4 small swings ... and a barbecue area and a plancha.
Parking (7 cars) and a large private courtyard. On the 1st floor, a 110 m2 terrace where you can see the Lot Dordogne valley and observe the starry sky ('black triangle' close to the Causses du Quercy Regional Natural Park).

Close to Rocamadour, Padirac, the most beautiful villages in France (Carennac, Loubressac, Autoire), Saint-Céré, the Château de Montal (golf course) and opposite the Château de Castelnau.

Brilliant house in a great location. The property set up for an extended family of 16, across 3 generations was perfect. The kitchen boasts many amenities, which made it easy for us to either cater individually or collectively. The host lives near the property and is very helpful and informative. 100% recommend.

Agréable maison de vacances

Premières vacances ensemble pour 8 petits bouts, leurs parents et leurs amis célibataires (oui ils ont eu le courage!!!) et tout s'est agréablement bien passé. Cette maison est faite pour les grands groupes: grands espaces, grande cuisine très bien équipée, chambres bien insonorisées avec sdb individuelle) et pour les enfants (nombreux jouets à disposition). Encore un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux.

Super weekend en anglais immersion

Nous étions un groupe de 18 et notre weekend était super! L'accueil par la propriétaire était génial! La maison se prête bien pour des groupes et la cuisine est très grande et très bien équipée pour les gens qui aiment cuisiner. Toutes les chambres étaient confortables et jolies. une maison où il fait bon vivre

Une maison très confortable, en pierres du pays, dans un espace privatif verdoyant. Depuis 10 ans que nous louons une "grande maison" pour nos vacances en famille, nous plaçons celle-ci en numéro 1. Nous y reviendrons certainement ! En attendant, nous la conseillerons à tous nos amis. La description des propriétaires a été conforme en tous points à ce que nous y avons trouvé. La location est parfaitement propre : c'est bien la permière fois qu'on peut ouvrir n'importe quel meuble sans y trouver de poussière. Le matériel de cuisine est en nombre suffisant et les appareils électro-ménagers en très bon état. Il y a suffisemment d'espace, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, pour que chacun puisse vaquer à son aise sans gêner les autres. De plus, la maison se trouve à proximité de lieux touristiques prestigieux (gouffre de Padirac, par exemple), de nombreux chateaux, villages médiévaux, etc. Si vous êtes gourmets, ou simplement gourmands, la région offre de nombreuses spécialités culinaires à découvrir dans les villages voisins. Le propriétaire vous fera goûter ses spécialités, telles que l'huile de noix, les pralines de noix, le gateau moilleux aux noix. L'accueil est très chaleureux. On sent que les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus.
