House overlooking the Autoire cirque

Nestled in the heart of an exceptional setting (the house is located in Siran, a hamlet in the municipality of Loubressac, just 50 meters from the viewpoint overlooking the Autoire cirque and its famous waterfall), this fully renovated former sheep barn offers a truly unique vacation experience.
Ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts (numerous hiking trails right outside the door, a renowned trail running training site, rock climbing, canoeing, the Montal golf course 5 km away, mountain biking, etc.), families can also enjoy the activities offered in the area (Rocamadour 15 km away, the Monkey Forest, the Eagles’ Rock, the Padirac Chasm 4 km away, horseback riding, several “Most Beautiful Villages of France” including Autoire, Loubressac, and Carennac, Castelnau Castle 5 km away, as well as the crêperie in Py and its swimming pool 5 km away, La Saule amusement park, etc.)—not to mention the local cuisine (numerous markets in the surrounding villages).
The house features a large garden and a parking space. Please note that this location is quiet because it’s sheltered from traffic. In fact, only the residents of the four houses have access to the area, ensuring plenty of peace and quiet.
The house has two floors.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fireplace with a stove, a half-bath, and an utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a private terrace equipped with a griddle and a dining table.
Upstairs, there is a first bedroom measuring 20 m² with built-in storage and a queen-size bed (160), a bathroom (shower) and toilet, a second bedroom with a 140-size bed as well as a single bed that converts into a double (very comfortable).
Since the renovation and furnishings are recent, everything is new and comfortable. If nature is generous, you may also be able to enjoy the first vegetables from the permaculture garden I’m currently creating.
