About this property

Javea : villa 250m², private pool, sea view, BBQ, wifi.

The villa is situated in a calm and green area and only 2,5 km away from the centre and the "Arenal beach". From the terrace, the swimming pool and 3 of the 4 bedrooms you have a panoramic vue over the sea, the bay of Javea and the surrounding mountains.
From the terrace with nice bows you can enjoy your meals and drinks. In the evening the external lights give a marvellous effect. The new kitchen has all the modern appliances for your comfort. The 2 bathrooms are renewed and the bedrooms are spacious (all have mosquito-screens and shutters). The villa is ideal for a large family or can be shared with friends.
Arround the swimming pool, in the sun or in the shadow, you can enjoy the scenery. In 2023 we have add a mobile gaz BBQ with grill and plancha.
There are some steps to access the villa, which makes it unsuitable for people with restricted mobility.
