This house is waterfront with the feeling of being on a cruise ship.

Vaulted ceilings in great room with living room area and dining room area. Large flat screen TV, cable with and a DVD player.

Spacious kitchen with island & two stools. Built in breakfast nook with stunning water views. Carrera marble counters & white beadboard cabinets.

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
2 of the bedrooms have Queen size beds, flat screen TV's and sliders out to the private waterfront deck. What a place to have your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening!

The two full baths. One with a shower/tub and the other with a large walk-in shower.

Beautiful sunroom/reading room with scenic views.

Wood floors throughout.

Outdoors there's a beautiful waterfront blue-stone patio, a large deck outside two of the bedroom and a dock/deck right on the water.

There's also a large outdoor shower with dressing room.

Beautiful outdoor gas fire pit!

Linens, towels, hairdryers, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, pots and pans & garbage bags all included.

Dennis has 16 beaches to enjoy on both the ocean & bay. 3 public golf courses are nearby. We like The Bass River Golf Course.

3 miles from Dennis village with shops, ice cream parlor & restaurants.
5 minute drive to beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches (Corporation, Mayflower).

Quiet area with miles of nature trails just around the corner.

Small, sandy areas on both sides of private dock. The size of the beach depends on the season.

This is a quiet, waterside neighborhood. Miles of nature trails behind the house and around the pond.

What a wonderful cottage! We had everything we needed and so much more. There were many cozy spaces to relax, watch the birds, and read. The host offered information about “off season” restaurants and her recommendations were spot on.

The house was so cozy and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well! Hard to find that in most houses I’ve rented. Meg the owner was very nice and very easy to communicate with. The pond was so peaceful and relaxing. Centrally located on the Cape. 6A is a nice route to drive even in the winter. Do not hesitate to stay here :)

Two friends & one dog came back a second time to this precious cottage. Meg covers everything ahead of arrival & is responsive promptly to any questions during the stay. We cut our trip short because nobody slept. 2very cranky kids and two adults who were after a quiet restful holiday. Beds were uncomfortable. The step down on both sides of kitchen were a hazard and we had 2 falls. Thank goodness nothing serious.

Went to a wedding on the cape and the Sunrise Cottage was a perfect base for us and our three adult children. Relaxing, quiet neighborhood with trails to walk on around the pong. Cottage was clean and well provisioned with everything we needed. Look forward to staying again. Thanks !!

This house is gorgeous. The views out the back are beautiful. The fire pit was enjoyed on most of our evenings, watching the fireflies. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the property is private. Sunrise cottage lives up to its name!

Sunrise cottage offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower as well as the updated and well maintained cottage made our stay comfortable and perfect for our family. The proximity to the Dennis beaches made our stay complete.

Spectacular location with walls of windows overlooking a pristine pond. 3-minute walk to lovely trail through conservation land where dogs can romp off-leash. House had a perfect layout for 2 couples and a toddler. Furnishings and decor made the home as beautiful as it was comfortable. We were truly sad to leave!

Wonderful visit to the cape

Decided to get away for a handful of days during the kids April break from school. Looked for a place we could take our lab since we decided to go late in the game for boarding. The location was great right on the pond and having the trails to walk over to with him. We brought our bikes and hit the rail trail a couple days. Boys went fishing and caught a few varieties. Took a day trip over to Nantucket with my daughters - lovely visit all around. View from Scarbo tower was pretty. House was clean and well stocked!

The perfect retreat

Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Can't wait to be back!

It has been our dream to own a house on Cape Cod. We found this property with a beautiful location but less than beautiful house.We have just finished an extensive renovation and hope you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This cottage is in a quiet waterside neighborhood with walking trails around the pond and to the golf course. Great to walk your dogs and then let them take a dip in the crystal clear pond.

What makes this property unique

We have renovated and furnished this property to our liking and we hope yours. We installed central air, a gas Heatilator fireplace, gas heat and vaulting the ceilings.
