Frontline Penthouse in quiet apartment block Marbella with stunning views

The apartment has air conditioning though out , the first floor has a modern living,dining area with a 60 inch tv and high speedfree wifi /broadband and a sleek kitchen, there is a sofa bed suitable for older children, one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers and a bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Upstairs is the second bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink, master bedroom with super king size bed 2 large sets of drawers and wardrobes, the bedroom has patio doors which leads onto a private balcony with views of the sea and the marina, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. The fabulous terrace is a relaxing haven whether day or night with sun loungers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. With views of the sea one way and the old town and mountains another. A utility room contains a sink, clothes airer and washing machine for use. A safe is provided, the kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. A designated parking space is provided in the underground car park. The apartments have a lovely pool area with shower rooms to use. PLEASE NOTE IN JULY and AUGUST only 2 guests per unit are allowed at the pool area at any time to prevent overcrowding. This may carry forward into future years. Please check with me if this will affect you booking.

We just returned from a fantastic family holiday here, staying in this amazing apartment. The views from the huge balcony are superb over both the old town and the sea, there is so much space to relax here. So close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops - so easy using the Aldi supermarket that is directly opposite as well. The kids loved it here and would love to return!

I highly recommend this apartment. The terrace and views are amazing and the location is excellent. Communication was efficient. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is well stocked with sufficient dishes, beach items, etc.

What a fantastic penthouse apartment. Great location for everything. Minutes to the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. The apartment was immaculately clean, great air conditioning and everything available that you need. The large wraparound outside space was amazing. The Host was great and there was an open line of communication at all times for any questions.We were surprised to see no sunbeds at the pool area but we took the lounger chairs down from the apartment (very comfy) and soon learnt it was a lovely area to sunbathe/swim.No faults at all. We’ll definitely be back!

Location could not have been better. The apartment was on the beach and promenade and a few minutes from the old town.We had a side view of the beach and wonderful sunsets.The owner, Cath, was very quick to answer any questions we had. She was wonderful.

Fantastic apartment, situated in an amazing location, perfect for the Old Town and right on the beach and promenade. Communication was really good with Cath and Lisa. Spectacular terrace

The highlight is the view from the large rooftop terrace. Location is also excellent. The accommodations are very comfortable. No shortage of English tv channels. A most enjoyable stay.

Perfect rental!

Our stay was fabulous! Location was excellent and close to everything. Huge terrace for sunset, lots of amenities. Great separation of bedrooms and bathrooms giving privacy. Bathrooms could use an update but otherwise fantastic! We would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful time in this property in a perfect location for the beach, shopping and the wonderful old town / orange square. Lots of lovely bistros within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms lovely and clean with plenty of hot water. Enjoyed spending time on the rooftop wrap around terrace with plenty of sunshine all day with beautiful views over the port, the golden mile and Puerto Banus. Will definately stay there again.

Great apartement

We had a wonderful week in the apartement. It has a perfekt location close to the beach, but also just a short walk to Marbella old town. The apartement was clean and tidy, and all Communication with both owner and management was very easey.

An incredible property, an incredible host

A friend and I spent a week at this property and can’t say enough about incredible our stay was. We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

Had a fabulous week in this very comfortable apartment which is so close to the beach, restaurants, Old Town and shops. The verandah is large with amazing views of the mountains behind Marbella and the sea! Peter was very helpful with the check in process and punctual. Beds very comfortable, well kitted out kitchen and nice clean bathrooms. We will book again.

Perfect location, nice terrace

Enjoyed a 3 week stay here in February. Location is perfect, and large outdoor terrace has good view of the sea. Condo was well equipped, everything we needed in the kitchen. Dedicated parking spot was important for us. Good view of sea from terrace, but not much of a view from inside. Two floor layout was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Penthouse at Torre Marina Marbella

Great location and superb accommodation with an extensive terrace with flexible, shady areas. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Close proximity to some great beach clubs (Amare and Soleo) and the bars and restaurants along the prom and in the old town. Torre Marina building is well kept and all residents are friendly as is the concierge. We weren’t disappointed on our 3rd stay - to be recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceeded our expectations!

This apartment is beautiful and the terraces are spectacular! The location could not be better. Easy walk to Old Town and the ferry to Puerto Banus. Communication with the owner Cath was always immediate and check in with Bennett was quick and efficient. We won't hesitate to book again when our travels bring us to the Costa del Sol!

Marbella by the sea

The property was as pictured. The location to the sea and Old Town was fantastic! I only have one suggestion and that is I prefer to not have owner’s personal belongings in the vanities and cupboards I would definitely recommend the property and hopefully will revisit

My partner and I have 5 children between us and a dog called Betty we grew up and still live in Manchester. We love going on holiday whether it's in the UK or away and Marbella is a firm favourite with all the family, we keep coming back year after year.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach and promenade where people cycle, run, roller skate, or stroll with families stopping off for ice cream. The chiringuitos are wonderful for afternoon paella whilst the children play on the beach. The old town is our favourite, people dress up and meet with friends, and we can still get lost in the maze of side streets filled with people sat on barrels eating tapas surrounded by the cascading bougainvillea. Bliss.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this apartment as soon as we walked in because of its lovely layout over two floors, the wonderful terrace with fantastic views is what makes this property stand out from the rest, you can happy spend the day sunbathing, reading and eating out here. The pool area is quiet and pretty and the beach is literally outside the front door. It's positioning is second to none.
