Obviously the location is perfect - but in this location you might anticipate noise of which there was absolutely none. Everything in the ampartment was beautiful and perfect. The nicest rooms with decor inviting you in to also sit there and eat or read a book - not just spending the night as so many of these appartments do - and an equally beautiful sunny terrace. The bathrooms were new and clean and the aircondition was efficient.This time I was here with a friend, but it will be our family's new go to place in Rome and I would also rent for longer stays for work etc.

Our Rome apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was ideal and centrally located, which made it easy to walk to many of the major sites, restaurants, and attractions.The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a great balcony where we enjoyed hearing the birds singing in the morning. It was a great place to relax after long days exploring Rome.Francesco was the perfect host. Communication was easy, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

We had a fantastic stay..hosts were helpful answering questions prior to our trip, arranging airport transportation, reviewing everything and offering tips at apartment. The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs and the central location allowed up to walk and see the city…the best way…by foot.

The location of this apartment is outstanding. A perfect location from which to explore all that Rome has offer, and that’s a lot! There are a number of very good restaurants and a well stocked grocery store within steps of the apartment.If there is anything we comment on, it would be that the kitchen is not particularly well stocked with dishes and utensils. It made little difference to us as we just there for breakfast and happy to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants around us.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful, vintage to antique artwork and a good selection of books - particularly reference literature relevant to the area. Host communicated well throughout the stay and the check in hostess was a pleasure to meet and provided many recommendations. Apartment was spotless and the two, large bathrooms were recently renovated to a standard not normally seen in a rental. Central location, but quiet. We will stay here again!
