Our Stay was great! This is a spacious condo. The kitchen is particularly well furnished. It has sharp knives and even glass storage bowls (with lids!), which actually may be a first in all of the VRBOs I've stayed in.Our host, Chauncy, was very responsive. There were no major issues, but a couple little things and a few questions that I had garnered immediate response. That first picture tells a very good story. You walk down the driveway and across the street in front of the Condo and you're on the slopes. This location is as convenient as it could possibly be.I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to ski and board as much as my friends and I do!

As advertised, a convenient ski-in/out for Heavenly resort

Property was as described, well equipped and clean, although the furniture is dated. Great location - less than 5min walk to ski lift, 10min walk to nearest shop, and 15min drive to south lake tahoe. Wifi service was poor and marred an otherwise perfect rental.

My friends & I had a fantastic time at the property. Management was incredibly accommodating and the house was perfect - right on the slopes! Would definitely rent again.

Awesome Location!!!

If you're skiing this is the place. Stagecoach run is just a few steps across Quacking Aspen Rd. Cross the road step into your skis and ski down to the lift. Very well furnished. The floorplan is unique due to the vertical nature of the building. Bedrooms and living space on three different levels. Depending on your group this can be a benefit, providing different areas to congregate or separate. The only warning would be to elderly folks--there are a lot of stairs. The owner is very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with which added to a great trip.

A great ski-in ski-out Tahoe rental with a few small drawbacks

My coworkers and I enjoyed staying at this Stateline property. The main draw was definitely the skiing and the proximity of the Heavenly Nevada-side resort. We could see the Stagecoach Express lift from the windows, and it was less than a five minute walk in ski boots to get to the Stagecoach Lodge. That also made it easy to come back for lunch and not get ripped off on the mountain. Some members of the group also went hiking around the area, and others took a short drive to the nearby casinos. The house itself was clean, well furnished, and spacious, although climbing the long flight of stairs to the top floor could be a challenge, especially given the altitude. Their were plenty of dishes and utensils and cooking implements, and although the stove was electric, the kitchen was quite nice. My main complaints were the internet speed, which was not particularly fast, and the hot tub, which was indeed private--by virtue of being located in the garage. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay and, with a few disclaimers, would recommend this property to our friends.
