Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and very clean. Amazing views over the Levante bay and close to the bars, restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is on a fairly steep hill so can be difficult to access for people who have problems walking

Recommended for a nice view in a quiet place with clean rooms.

Nice view from the apartment. Clean. When it is windy outside a bad smell comes from the pipe in the bathroom.
Response from VrboOwner on 23 Nov 2024
Hi Nicolae, Thank you for your review and for recommending our accommodation. We’re glad you enjoyed the view and found the apartment clean. We’re sorry about the bad smell from the bathroom pipe when it was windy. We wish you had informed us during your stay, as our 24-hour maintenance team would have resolved the issue immediately. We will check the ventilation system to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back soon.

Check-in was very quick and smooth

Check-in was very quick and smooth. The building Trinisol 2 was very clean, the janitor every day was there and cleaned the sorrounding area. View was absolutelly stunning. Levante beach is around 5 mins walk. Just a bed was too small, but we could handle it.
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Jul 2023

the view

the view very cold, one small portable heater wasn’t enough. needed one in each bedroom to keep the apartment warm. the fob to enter the property was covered over with tape which was misleading as didn’t know where to tap the fob to gain access to building.
Response from VrboOwner on 10 Jul 2023
Hello Amy, first of all we want to apologize for the inconvenience caused, secondly we want to thank you for your evaluations and comments. I just want to tell you that the scanner wrapped in tape was caused by a failure of the scanner itself and the community itself solved it, in fact there was another scanner right next to the broken one. Regarding the A/C, it has enough heat pump to heat the apartment and in case you need more heaters, our reception service is always available just a phone call away. Have a good day.

Hola, Juan Enrique.
