Located directly across the street from Solaris in the heart of Vail Village, this beautiful 1 bedroom plus loft and two bathroom condo has been recently remodeled and offers luxury living in the heart of Vail Village. This condo brings you the best of everything: Location to the lifts, convenience to restaurant, shopping, movies, bowling, ice rink and more. The newly configured master bedroom and bathroom along with a new mudroom all have very high-end finishes which includes a washer/dryer. The large lofted bedroom features 4 oversized, custom built-in bunk beds. You will be surrounded by Vail's finest shops, restaurants and nightlife with no car needed. This condo features gorgeous mountain views and an amazing location. We are also located on the free town of Vail bus route. Owner will respond to emails and phone inquiries immediately. We recently installed A/C and new windows and window treatments.
Parking is available across the street to the East of the condo at the Vail Parking Structure for $35/day in the summer and $60/day in the winter. Once you arrive to Vail you really do not need a car because everything is walking distance. The airports offer several shuttle service options. Note this condo does not have a pool or hot tub available to guests but local spa's will allow use of their facilities if you book an appointment for the day.

We have this condo well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, pods, powder cream and sugar as well as other kitchen supplies and spices.

Great location!

Great accommodations for a family of five. It was nice having the master bedroom on the main floor with its own bathroom and the bunkbeds in the loft with another bathroom. The location in the center of Vail Village was great. Really appreciated the AC.

Great location, everything you need

Perfect location, everything you need in a small but well-appointed space. The well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were much appreciated. Be aware that there is no elevator so you need to carry luggage up stairs- make sure that is doable for your group.

Incredible Property and Location

We stayed 4 nights in Vail and one of our best memories of our trip was this property. It was extremely clean, great layout with all the little extras that help make your stay comfortable and stress free. The location can’t be beat located right in the Village. Amazing Location

This place was perfect for our family. You are in the middle of Vail village. 5 min walk to Gondola one. Pizza shop and ice skating rink steps away from front door. If prime location is important to you then this is the perfect place. The inside of the condo is cozy and modern.Washer/dryer inside unit. I’ll book here again.

Vail at its finest!

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia’s place! It was clean, modern, comfy. It met all of our needs. She was super friendly and quick to give us details on check in, etc…It’s perfect for a family. The location is outstanding! You literally walk out the door to the center of Vail Village! We will be back! Thanks Alicia, for a wonderful vacation!!

Great location!

Lovely little condo - just the perfect size for a small family or group of friends. Beautiful amenities and loved that there were humidifiers available in each bedroom. The pizza place right below the condo was great and we ate there several times. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! And only a short walk to the lift! One word of advice - don't rent a car unless you absolutely need to. Parking is an extra expense and not necessary as everything you need is within walking distance.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience

The property location is a five stars. It was fully stocked and in perfect condition, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness throughout the property. What really made my stay special, though, was the fantastic service provided by the manager Alicia. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor really made a difference and I truly appreciated her efforts. Looking forward to come back again

Very cozy, yet spacious for us. Decor was awesome!

This property is close to everything we wanted to do, and a bus stop nearby to get to Lionshead. We were there for the lacrosse tournament; the unit is close enough to Ford Field and the Athletic field in the back to walk (about 10-15 minutes). This summer was hotter than last year; thank goodness the owner installed a/c units! There would have been no way I would have been comfortable without them. Mud room was useful, as my husband's lacrosse gear, etc. takes up a good bit of space (not to mention the washer and dryer). All extras were there -- iron, board, extra detergent, hair dryer, dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner. Someone asked us if it was noisy staying there (above Pazzos Pizzeria) -- it was not. We never heard any noises from the property. Would definitely look to stay there again next year.

Can't beat the location!

Condo is right at the center of Vail Village, a few steps from Solaris ice skating rink, shops, restaurants and even the bus stop. The kitchen full fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals. The apartment is very clean, well kept, comfortable, and is actually more spacious than in the pictures. Alicia was very helpful and a great resource giving us great recommendations for everything related to our ski trip to Vail.

Excellent location!

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia’s condo. The location couldn’t be beat - right in the heart of Vail Village. It’s right across from a square that has restaurants, a coffee shop, and the Vail brewing company. The square has several corn hole sets and lots of balls for kids to play around with. Gondola 1 is a short walk away. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 boys ages 6-10, and the lofted room of two bunks worked great! We had a hot few days, so the added air conditioning was very much appreciated! Every bit of space was well used in the condo! No wasted space! The laundry was great to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to rent again (maybe during ski season next time:))
