The location of the stay is well situated, it is close to the beach and walking distance to old town, bus and train station. Thankfully the AC in the living room is able to cool down the 2 bedrooms. The cleanliness of the apartment can be a bit more detailed as we found left over food on the carpet, hair in cupboards, stained cups in the washroom. Overall we had a nice stay.

Perfect location and comfy place

We had a wonderful stay while in La Concha Beach. This apartment was in a perfect location with a nice view of the beach. We could walk everywhere and the beach was about a 3 min walk from our door. The bedrooms were comfy and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. We will definitely come again when we visit San Sebastián.

Great location, fantastic terrace!

Niza La Concha is a lovely spacious apartment in a great location with a spectacular terrace. The only problem we had was with the fridge which wasn't working properly, but Gabriel from Iberorent was extremely attentive and helpful and had a replacement fridge delivered the next day. We had a great week! It would have been nice to have had beach towels available. It would also have been lovely to have a couple of 'lounger' chairs on the terrace.

Perfecto
