Open-space apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located in the Triana neighbourhood near the vibrant Betis street, and a 15 minute walk from the centre.

The apartment is separated into different zones with the kitchen immediately to the front of the entrance. Adjacent is the dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower.

From the dining area you pass to the main room of the apartment with the sitting area. Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. Two balconies make the inside exceptionally bright.

The apartment is characterised by contemporary and retro furnishings and artwork which blend with the original architectural features to create a stylish and comfortable space. With exposed brick walls, traditional floor tiles and high ceilings up to 3.97 metres - providing a great sense of space.

Other features: air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, TV and a safe. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The apartment building is made up of 3 holiday flats which share 2 terraces. The lower terrace is equipped and decorated with plants, parasol and lounge sofas. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and enjoy the exceptional rooftop views, including the Cathedral. With deckchairs, parasol, plants and an outdoor shower.

Great location

Well located property, fairly easy check in process. The temperature of the shower kept oscillating but it wasn’t a big deal since it was so hot in Sevilla. Overall we had a pretty good stay!

Perfect for our needs

This charming apartment in the Triana neighborhood was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed in the kitchen - coffee and tea pots, etc… - the bed was comfortable and we could do laundry on the rooftop while enjoying the beautiful views. This was a great location, being across the river from the very busiest areas but just a friendly suggestion for other visitors - this is still a busy area and ear plugs served us well for weekend nights. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfectly acceptable, it is a little older and more charming building so it’s not like hotel level pristine, but we certainly don’t have any complaints. We loved the exposed brick and the wooden window panels. As a book lover I enjoyed the books lining the stairs and around the common areas and it was thoughtful of the managers to leave Sevilla and Spain guides for our use. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we’d certainly stay again!

Stylish apartment in atmospheric district

Highly recommend this lovely studio apartment in Triana. The photos are accurate and the reality is even more comfortable and stylish. The studio has really good artwork and architectural details. Cooking facilities are sufficient, especially as Triana has many wonderful Tapas bars. Check in was easy and Diego was really helpful. We hope to return. Thank you.
