Beautiful house with every amenity you need! Very clean, lots of living space and a very timely responsive host. Far enough off the beaten path for peace and quiet but close enough to get to downtown Asheville and surrounding areas in just minutes.

Thank you for allowing us to stay and we had good time. Activity's locations and restaurants were nearby. We all enjoyed it.But there are few constructive feedback- Utensils were not sufficient for group of 21 guests- Requires more Cleanliness before guests occupying- Towels were very few- 3-1 shampoo can be two separate or three- Furnitures were old- 2nd floor more bathroom needed.- Couple of rooms had damaged dry-walls

The space was perfect for a large group, plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and we never felt cramped. Easy drive to downtown Asheville and nearby hikes. Highly recommend this spot!

This beautiful lodge was exactly as described. Plenty of room for all, great kitchen for all the cooks and clean up teams. Conveniently located near everything we had planned. Beautiful setting...it was perfect!

Lovely house for family reunion. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen as it was arranged to have people settled in to visit as cooking done. A an electric griddle would have been the icing on the cake for feeding a large number at once!;)

The Lodge at Edenderry was a fantastic property, great for large groups and a kitchen perfect for entertaining. Two dishwashers and three ovens really made cooking a breeze.

Great space w/ great amenities!

Had a group of 20 adults stay here and it was perfect for all speeds - elements of relaxation, but also all the amenities to have some fun! Convenient to downtown as well as hikes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family gathering place with good location and fantastic views. Could use some maintenance work on entrance and deck. We had 13 people total with dogs and felt great with the whole situation. We’d do it again 9f the occasion arises.

A great place to stay

We booked this house to facilitate an offsite leadership team building event and it was tremendous! The house was spacious, the patio was a real treat, and the amenities were great. Would happily stay here again and recommend it.

The house is very usable for large families. The advertised "swimming" pond is not inviting. There is a pool with the Yonder sign on it, but for some reason it is not included in the rental, just the other houses on the road. The number of parking spaces might be true for compact cars, certainly not for pickup trucks, mini vans and SUVs. The house itself is showing some wear, as in the kitchen fridge ice maker is broken (they did bring us bags of ice). Some of the cabinets don't work as intended. There is a futon in the game room that should be recovered or replaced, it's flaking a layer of something. Everything else was delightful, and our family had a great time in the Fairview, Asheville area. We'll be back!

Our staycation was a fantastic experience for our group of seven families, as the home provided an impressively spacious layout that comfortably accommodated all the adults and children without ever feeling crowded. The location was excellent and served as a perfect backdrop for our getaway, where we spent the majority of our time enjoying the campfire, grilling large meals, and watching the kids have a great time in the open areas. While the interior was lovely, the only notable drawback was the cleanliness of the outdoor spaces; we encountered quite a few cobwebs and a layer of dust on the balcony areas that required attention before we could fully enjoy them. Despite those minor maintenance issues outside, the home’s size and amenities made for a truly memorable group retreat, and we would certainly consider returning.

Great for a large group!

We had a great stay with 25 adults! The house provided plenty of space (sleeping, bathrooms and living space) for the large group to be comfortable the entire time. Parking is limited for such a large group, but the host was helpful in providing a separate location for additional spaces.

50th Birthday Celebration

Our group of 11 women had a fantastic long weekend at the Lodge. The home was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, and there were plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and exploring the property. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A charming mountain retreat

We had fourteen family members in our group. The house easily accommodated us. The home is beautifully situated with magnificent views of the valley. Our final day we were blessed with a visit from a mother black bear and her two children. Magical.

This lovely home was the perfect choice for our three generation, fourteen person Thanksgiving getaway. We had so much room that no one ever got in anyone's way and there were plenty of spaces for alone time. But fantastic spots for gathering around the large dining room table with the great views. The kitchen was stocked with most of the tools/pots/pans that we needed. And, amazingly, Walmart delivers to your door way up on the mountain! I was most impressed that the water temperature was excellent and we never ran out of hot water! Highly recommend this property!

Great location for large groups

The property was great for our large group gathering, with plenty of bedrooms, beds, and places to gather. Kitchen was fully equipped for the meals we made. Only issue was the lock not working during check-in, but the property management was very responsive and got us into the home quickly.
